The apartment was very nice and clean. The only “challenge” wasn’t with the property itself or the check-in process — everything there was smooth. However, I believe Expedia should clarify that this is more like an Airbnb-style stay. There is no front desk or on-site customer service. Even though the property is managed by Marriott, it’s not a traditional hotel, which can be a bit misleading. I needed to make a change to my booking, and it was quite difficult to manage. Thankfully, I was eventually able to resolve it via text with the help of a customer service representative. Overall, I’m still giving a 5-star review because the stay itself was perfect — just keep in mind that it’s not a hotel experience.

Our unit was very nice, but there were challenges getting into our suite as door codes didn’t work and it took us a bit to figure out how to get help. The main elevator was out of order so also had to figure out how to get around the complex which has key code’s everywhere… overall would stay here again as I feel this was a temporary glitch… only yuk was the garbage and sticky mess on the parkade level at the elevator entrance we dared not step out… staff was great, it was clean and spacious and pool was very relaxing!

When we checked in the elevator was broken. There wasn’t a sign on the elevator in the parking garage so we had to lug our luggage up two flights of stairs to another elevator that had a sign and directions to use the service elevator on the lower level in the parking garage. Down two flights of stairs. The bed was hard as a rock. My husband and I went to the gym and the pool wasn’t the cleanest. treadmill sounds like it needs service. The pool had debris in it.

The bed had an iron board precisely under my spine. My back is destroyed. On top of that, the steel frame of the curtains fell on my head while opening them. I left the property 3 days before my planned departure to find a more suitable accommodation. The property refused any communication or compensation.

The shower was dirty. There were stains on the couch and pots and pans. We walked into an elevator with vomit. The elevator broke half way through our trip. The ac would not stay cool we had to keep adjusting. COCKROAXHES ran over the floor. This happened the last night we were there or I would’ve dipped. The price was cheap so I just sucked it up. The customer service via chat is rude. Over the phone is alot better. If there is a major issue might as well call don’t waist the time. It wasn’t great, but it was affordable.

Property is located conveniently to Vanderbilt Hospital. Parking a little crazy to find and get into correct space(s). No tv in the bedroom a big negative to me. The bedroom bed was too small and not too comfortable. The sofa couch wasn’t comfortable to sit on and was broken when we used it. It was okay and I may stay there again for the convenience…..if nothing better around.

We were I. Nashville for college orientation. V21 is very close to the university (within walking distance). For the most part it was great. The only downside was that the sofa bed was very uncomfortable for my daughter. On an upside… we did reserve again for move in weekend.

I loved the area and the layout of our unit. We traveled with a toddler, and it was nice to be able to put her in the bedroom and not go to bed at the same time. The unit was dirty. We got there and she took her shoes off, a few minutes later the bottom of her feet were black.

I'm not use to not having to check in with a person. It was easy, hassle-free. Liked that lockers were part of the amenities. The only draw back was no regular television service. You have to download and pay. I shouldn't have to pay extra, it should be included with the rental.

The unit they put us in had a broken window that didn't close with no screen on it bugs were coming in they also charged us $20 a night for parking that we didn't need and we checked out a day early and they kept the money for the other night we didn't stay
