Our room was filthy and things were broken. The staff was rude. I was unable to get a new room, someone to come clean it (it obviously wasn’t cleaned before we got it, and they wouldn’t refund me completely. Also the smoke detector ls were ripped off and disabled. Pubic hair on the toilet seat, dirty sheets, used wash clothes, disgusting fridge.. the list goes on. The health department probably needs to go inspect the place. Also the amenities that made us want to stay there were out of order including the hot tubs, lazy river etc. we ended up getting a different hotel after the first night because I didn’t want my kids to be exposed to whatever was in that room.

This place REALLY needs to be updated BAD! Sofa had stains on it. Coffee table was awful looking. The “sliding” glass door to the balcony didn’t slide. You had to almost lift it up off the tracks to get it to slide. TVs in both rooms were really small. No bedspread/comforter on the bed. We could every word our neighbors were saying. And they were talking normal. Not impressed at all! They need to have what the rooms actually really look like on the website. Only thing really good about this place is the ladies at the front desk and the view we had! You know what they say “You pay for what you get” Well next time we will kick out a little more to stay somewhere nicer. But like I said the ladies at the front desk were very nice and professional!

The room base board, floor were very dirty. The beds were very hard. The kitchen cabinets were coming apart. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The advertised restaurant and bar didn’t exist. I would avoid this place.

The hotel and rooms really need to be renovated ! I had a kitchenette and the appliances were functions’ but extremely old and rusty! I stayed 10 days, I asked how often they do the room service and they answered when I will leave! I reminded them that I was staying ten days and requested a room service every three days! They agreed to my demand but didn’t do it! They did the room only once upon several request because they were supposed to do the room the previous day and didn’t advice! All the front desk employees got to k ow me and knew I had ask for a r service e ery three days! So they did the room service after three days and that was it! I was very upset with them and I will not go back to that hotel!

The hotel was very clean. Staff were really nice and helpful. Only negative thing I have to say is room service didn’t come check on anything. We had to go get our own towels and toilet paper from the lobby. Our floor got dirty as the week went by with all the sand and had no way of sweeping it. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

The overall stay wasn’t bad except during check in there was no explanation of amenities and cleaning services or how to request extra supplies if needed. I think it’s helpful to inform the guest that a deposit is required. The check-in took longer than expected because three people checking in one guest. Other than that the room was ok except somethings were broken like the coffee pot and missing filter basket and stove top but I requested a coffee pot and a replacement was brought quickly. The customer service provided at check-in could improve but other than that it was a good stay.

There was no TV in my room when I arrived, and the floors need to be swept and mopped. The TV they brought me was faulty and was told that they would bring me another Saturday morning. This never happened and on Saturday night it stopped working completely. I checked out a day early and was told I would get refunded the extra day it is now Tuesday, and I checked out on Sunday, and I have not got refunded 100 dollars that they take at the time of check in, and I have not got refunded for checking out a day early. The hotel and the staff itself are nice and accommodating.
