When we arrived the staff at the front were not accommodating and seemed to know nothing about the property. The phone in our room didn’t work to call down to front office. The floor was full of sand that seemed to just be pushed around the whole place. When we went to bed we noticed a lot of water stains on the ceiling and one had black around it. We left the very next day. This place if filthy and unsafe to stay in. I tried calling the health dept and they said there is nothing they can do about mold.
The room was nasty. NO Wi-Fi and of course NO ONE could figure out the issue. Front desk staff was NOT helpful at all. I stayed there years ago and it was great. Idk what has happened but it is horrible and it definitely needs ALOT of repairs. The stove was dirty paint was chipping from the walls. Just horrible. Never again!!!
Very outdated and not clean staff is stingy with towels and wash clothes which was dirty anyway definitely wouldn’t do it again the location was nice but there are a ton on that strip that could be better

Could use a little more cleaning on floor , patio door was broke, but loved the view, staff is great and loved the fire outside and comfortable
Where to start. We arrived a little early and was to check in a hour early would cost me 25.00 even though the room was ready. Neither pool was open. Ice cream shop was closed our whole stay. Had to bring dirty towels to front desk in order to get clean one. Key card was Des Tudor no apparent reason.the balcony door wouldn’t lock. No utensils for the kitchen. So many things wrong here very bad experience
I was in the room 1106 but everything good.. if you can change the bed it gonna be more comfortable and relaxed too.. the mattress too..

Staff tried saying more than we actually did until I proved we didn't through my Expedia app. Our room felt like it had sand on the floor and beds. They never came in to give us fresh towels ir anything, but made sure to put at least 5 flyers in the door each day.
For 55 a night it worked out. Anything more like the 199 they were asking would be crazy. Older property but your typical oceanfront hotel. Housekeeping and front desk need better management. Lots of missing items in our room. Per past reviews, bring your own towels. View and location is good. Parking is easy. Don't stay if you are bougie because you will be disappointed. The are working on slowly renovating so the rooms are a gamble. No restaurant or bar. They need to update that. You can check in early if your preassigned room is ready after 12pm. Suites are spacious . Hotel definetly needs more maintenence if they are charging 199.
Stay in room 1002 and the view was amazing. The staff was friendly and helpful. Condition of the hotel and room was showing some ware. However it was clean.
The staff did the best that they could. Management is very poor. The hotel is dirty and run down. The pool and hot tubs weren’t in service for the entire stay. I was charged $46 and the staff could not explain the charge. My travel mate was charged $236 and is waiting for a refund. The location and view of the ocean are wonderful. It is a shame to let this property go down so badly.
This property was NOTHING like its pictures. Dirty, outdated, I had to go down eveyday to get towels because they never gave us any. Pool, hot tubs and lazy river never worked one time while we was there and it didn’t have the best customer service.
No tiki bar as it stated no restaurant as it stated no ice cream bar as it stated!!!!! No working coffee pot the stove was not working like it was suppose too be!!!! The pools was not working and hot tubes was not working!!! Asked for towels and was rags and had too wait over an hour for them!!!!!! I would not recommend this hotel too anybody at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Nothing is as advertised!! Worst stay ever. Needs a complete overhaul of the entire property. Appliances don't work. Phones don't work. Everything is severely outdated. I will never stay at this hotel again.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. The room was dirty, had a constant musky smell, and basic amenities were barely functioning. The phone didn’t work, and the TV lagged constantly. If you wanted clean towels, you had to carry your dirty ones down to the front desk yourself—housekeeping didn’t bring them to you.
The pool was closed the entire week, even though we were told multiple times it would reopen “later today.” That never happened. To make matters worse, it was obvious people were selling drugs right outside on the floor we stayed on, which made the environment feel unsafe.
The only reason I’m giving this place a 2 out of 10 is because it’s located on the beach. Otherwise, I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Pools, hot tubs, lazy river, tiki bar were closed most of the week. That was very disappointing. The motel is old and needs to be renovated.
The view from the room is spectacular. The room and facility is old, run down, and not overly clean. I will not be booking here again.
Hotel also charges an additional $25 “resort fee” when arriving.

Just wasn't what i was expecting. Carbon detector was in the freezer, patch of stucko/paint falling off the wall. I'm also still waiting on ky deposit to get returned....
I was in total shock when i arrived to my room. The walk way was full of debris. I looked like the walk way was a trash bin. The room needes ro be upgraded from the door to the balcony. It was my fault for not checking reviews before my visit. I would not even recommend this property to my worst enemy. Very disappointed.
