Property is the oldest in Mt Gambier but am advised that new owners are coming in and have plans to renovate. Current owners are lovely and always happy to look after you and have a chat. For the price it was good value for Mt Gambier. Room was clean and bed was good. Just getting on a bit.

For a room with a bed, it was ok, Room extremely small, and appears not to have been upgraded since 1960’s. Highly recommend taking your own pillows!!

Property very dated and unsafe. Would not recommend. Cherry picked photos of good rooms. Subvert expectations. Dirty toilet even though it was supposedly clean.

The owner appears to be grumpy at first, but is actually a generous person. When he learned that I come with my partner instead alone and that we'll stay two nights instead of one he upgraded us from basic to standard room at no extra cost. Big thumbs up.
