This was an older property, and in need of some cosmetic repairs, but the room was very comfortable and warm, and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The staff is friendly and helpful.

7.6 rating is a joke! I read all the reviews. Same people are writing the good ones. Nevertheless, Upon check in, I was informed that you pay at the property. Hotels.com did not verify this. But no matter. Front desk was unusually rude about the issue. I held back and used a credit card. Lots of people just standing around in the halls being loud. Sketchy guy sitting near check in being nosy. Over hear front desk woman telling employee about extra charges to the room for not cleaning up after themselves. Upon entry of the room,  I noticed it was not vacuumed, hair on the bed and stains. Still having patience even though I drove all day. No remote! I find it later under the bed after informing front desk. Problems solved, ready to relax! Nope! TV doesn't work! Phone doesnt work to call down to front desk as ive already traveled down there once. Turns out there's a problem with the coax cable. It was fixed for me. Nope! Been freezing up on me. 4 times as I'm writing this. I have to move the TV stand and play with the coax cable every time it freezes. Constant door slamming and loud people in the halls.There is coffee and a coffee pot but no cups. Ive stayed in some crappy places as I travel for a living, but this place I have to say takes the reward for most inconvenient hotel stay in the lower 48. Avoid this property! Pay $50 more down the road a ways and be comfortable. Shame on you Hotels.com for carrying this property.

A place to sleep
We checked in and when we first walked into the room and it smelled musty and moldy. My husband changed clothes and I put some makeup on. As we left to meet up with friends. I started coughing and my asthma started acting up. When we got back the lady behind the desk had the stuff ready for our in room breakfast. I let her know that I was going to be able to stay due to the musty/mold smell. She was more than accommodating and moved us to a newly renovated room. The room was clean and did not smell musty or moldy. It did look like a new person was learn to do construction in some places.
