Had another absolutely amazing stay the staff go above and beyond especially the whole of the entertainment team shakera dyce yogi freeza candies lady d simone and everyone else i cant remember all names but every single one of them deserve an award for all the hard work they do they go above and beyond for every si gle guest and they take there time to sit and talk to you as humans not just holiday guests they take note of what people want and make advances for it to happen the best entertainment team ive come across and i do the job myself in another country bug shout out to amoy on reception aswell who always goes above and beyond, absolutely amazing zero complaints

Everybody was so friendly and warm, the food was great!, the grounds well kept, however the internet was horrible, i was sadly working and even in the lobby the network was poor.but overall my stay was excellent! The bathrooms could benefit from some love, maybe a deodorizer or two

The good stuff... The hotel was clean & well kept. Our room was clean. Staff was courteous & friendly. The amenities of the hotel were very good. The a la carte restaurant was absolutely great. Big up Andrew who was our waiter! He took care of us & made our dining experiences wonderful, he even took great photos for us as well. The bad... The food was not what we expected, not a lot of variety no seafood was available in the buffet (except fish, that i don't eat), we think the safe in our room was tampered with as we were locked out and had to call a staff member to get it open. Overall, it was an ok stay.

The bathroom was dirty, had to ask for a room change, when I got a different room the AC didn’t work properly, there was electrical issues, came back from the beach one day and saw a technician working in my room without being notified. Water pressure very low in the shower, toilet not flushing properly, housekeeping comes by without being notified, towels dirty and rough, not enough towels, pool dirty, beaches dirty, buffet finished quickly, if you want food, you have to go just as the buffet opens and they are never on time. Security staff is rude, one particular bartender was also rude. Some of the staff friendly but most were not!

I love the location.However the tv signal in the room that i stayed in was horrible the images on the tv was barely visible.The property have to upgrade the tv signal.The meat that was prepared at the buffet was not cooked soft and the rice also wasnt cooked properly it was hard.Outside of those issues everything else was ok.

The pace was cozy and the rooms spacious. The staff was atrocious and they treated meal times like they were a treat for the poor and disadvantaged. Food choices were limited as was the food itself, resulting in long waits for items. The attitude of the staff was -10: they reprimanded the frustrated guests who attempted to help theremselves, argued with others and vented to them. They MUST get a crash course in politeness and professionalism OR else the hotel can bill itself as a 0 star hotel and the guests take their chances. A lot of guests exercised great restraint and politeness in not causing a scene. I will never pay to stay there again
