Hotel needs a mold mildew restoration

To put it simply, the hotel is clearly old with a new paint job. Starting from the lobby and into the room, the smell of mildew was overwhelming. The room we stayed in, the floor (laminate) was completely destroyed from water damage of some sort. That mildew smell was everywhere in the hotel. King size bed, only 3 THROW Pillows to sleep with AND ONLY BED1 SHEET TO COVER OURSELVES WITH, NO COMFORTER. That was strange. And the curtains did not cover the windows entirely, light was shining thru and people could see in if they tried to. The entire building has an underlying issue with water damage and likely, mold and mildew. The price was too much but the location was good. Service was polite and fast. No complaints there. Cliche expression applys here... We got we paid for. Sorry guys, we won't be back.

Not the best stay

We had to ask for room service after waiting all day they came and cleaned our room after we left and then the next 2 days we had to ask for towels and tissue! The hotel is outdated!

Horrible hotel stay

This hotel is extremely horrible. The unit does not work in the room. We did not have any clean towels to use. Vending machines barely working and the drink machine is sold out of drinks. TV is way too small to see.

It took over an hour for the front desk to check us in. They were calling people up one by one as they were waiting to be checked in. TV in room didn’t work. Air conditioner in room didn’t work properly. No coffee or continental breakfast. Overall, I would not recommend anyone waste their money on this place. Never again.

STAY AWAY. HORRIBLE AND DANGEROUS. THE STAFF DOESN'T CARE, THE BUILDING IS FALLING APART. WATER RAINED DOWN FROM THE FLOOR ABOVE INTO OUR ROOM AND AFTER ARGUING WITH THE STAFF WE GOT MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM WHERE ALMOST NOTHING WORKED. THEY ARE STILL DENYING A REFUND AND AFTER SETTLING IN AT THE NEW CRAPPY ROOM, THE WAKE US UP EARLY IN THE MORNING TO SEE WHEN WERE GOING TO CHECK OUT. IT WAS 8:47AM. CHECK OUT IS AT 11AM. DON'T STAY HERE, SLEEP ON THE STREET OR THE GUTTER. YOU WILL HAVE A BETTER STAY THERE THEN IN THIS DEATH TRAP OF A MOTEL. I'M STILL WAITING TO HEAR BACK ABOUT A REFUND OR/AND APOLOGY. THE STAFF WILL NOT BRING YOU ANY PILLOWS, BLANKETS OR TOWELS ONCE HOUSEKEEPING LEAVES FOR THE DAY. HOPE THEY CHANGE THAT LAZY GOOD FOR NOTHING STAFF THEY HAVE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Room was next to the garage door and rlthe cleanning supply closet. The garage door that do not close properly makes so much noise wehn some one open it or close it. The hallway did not have carpet, so when the cleanning staff drug the car, it makes so much noise. Also every time they open the supply closet, the door is slammed back. We were not able to sleep late in any of the days we were there.

Inexpensive hotel

This is one of the least expensive hotels in Miami (Coral Gables), but they try to do a nice job. The staff is great! The building is old and also inside the rooms it is not very luxurious. If you don't want/have much money to spend it is not a bad option.
