Fabulous Beach Apt w/Endless Ocean Views!

I offer an awesome home away from home. It's a perfect get away for any occasion. Imagine waking up to a gentle sea breeze coming into the apartment as you enjoy a spectacular endless ocean view from the comfort of your own bed. The terrace is huge and fabulous and makes for a wonderful place to enjoy meals and drinks. The sunrise is Devine.

This beach apartment is beautifully appointed with a lovely kitchen area with a granite counter, glass backsplash and a bar, refrigerator/freezer, 2 stove top burns, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and more.

There is an awesome boardwalk/promenade between the apartment and the ocean. It’s a wonderful place to walk, run, ride bicycles and more. There is a beach parking lot one block north of the apartment that has an area that offers bike rentals.

The apartment is located one block north of the Miami Beach area called Millionaires Row and is 12-15 minutes from the excitement and nightlife of South Beach, yet, far enough away to enjoy a quiet getaway. There are many restaurants, shops, grocery stores all within walking distance from the apartment.

The beach apartment is located in a historic building. It's a little dated but excellent as you can see from my many photos and reviews. From my experience, I believe the quality you receive in staying at my beach apartment will stand out from all others in this price range and I live nearby if you need anything quickly.

I have great reviews is because I do as much as possible to provide a great beach apartment experience. As a result, I have many guests from all over the world who return year after year and recommend this apartment to their friends. 

NOTE: Pets are welcome. There is a pet fee of $100. Parking fee's are included and can be removed if you will not have a vehicle.

Also, please consider travel insurance to cover the price of your trip in the event you have an emergency. It’s inexpensive and worth it.

Worst experience ever!!! If I could give this property owner a -10, I would!!

If I could give this property owner a -10, I would.We had the worst experience with this reservation due to complete lack of communication from the property owner. There were no check-in instructions, no email, no message—nothing.We messaged the owner three times through the VRBO app, called the phone number provided in the listing, and even sent a text message—and got absolutely no response. When we contacted VRBO, their team spent over an hour trying to reach the property owner and also had no luck.By then, we were hours past check-in time, exhausted, and left scrambling to find another place to stay last minute. We ended up having to spend an additional 900 to secure a different place that met our needs—a major financial hit and a ton of unnecessary stress.The only redeeming part of this experience was that VRBO was there for us, answered our call and canceled the reservation and issued a refund (though it’s still pending for 3 days).This was unacceptable on every level. I do not recommend this property or this host under any circumstance!!!

Just what we were looking for!

This beachfront condo was just what we needed following our cruise. Our favorite parts: just steps from the sun and warm water of beautiful Miami Beach; the spacious balcony with endless views of the ocean; walking distance to the conveniences of groceries / supplies and The Tavern Restaurant and Bar across the street.The host was so kind and let us check in quite early in the day after getting off the ship, providing us immediate down time for some much needed rest. The condo itself was just the right size for my husband and me. Included for our use: coffee maker, microwave, fridge, cooktop and really good quality Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella.We had such a wonderful time and did not want to leave. This condo would always be our first choice for a place to stay when we come back to Miami Beach.

The view from this property is amazing. My husband, son and I enjoyed sitting on the patio and just looking at the ocean. Christine is a great host. She is very responsive and tries to make your stay amazing.

Miami on the beach

We had a wonderful time the condo's location on the beach and patio are superb. There is a great super large pool for lap swimming or family time. Everyone was very nice and the owner was very helpful and communicated with us frequently. There is a bike trail and city bike rentals.There is a grocery a half mile away. We did not rent a car but found we could access anything either by walking or UBER. I would stay there again.

Perfect For Beachlovers

This cozy condo has million dollar views from its big balcony and is only steps from the beach and a huge heated pool. A small but very workable kitchen lets you enjoy meals and drinks at home, and valet parking made it very easy for us to access our car when going out when we went out

Great Location!

It was so nice to be able to walk outside and get right onto the boardwalk. On the opposite side of the building was a road with many restaurants on it. Also a Publix, Walgreens etc. If I stay here again I would just Uber from the airport and not rent a car. All the food and relaxation we needed was within walking distance! Beach is feet away from the complex as well.

Great spot on the Beach

We had a great time at this property. There was a mix up at the beginning of the trip but Christine bent over backwards to make up for the mistake. She was very easy to contact and did everything within her power to ensure we had a good birthday trip. The woman gave me roses and personally came over to bring an extra blanket!!! She really WOWed us with her hospitality. The apartment is in a great location overlooking the beach. The space is small but was very comfortable for us! We had everything we needed in the apartment and felt that if we didn't have it....Christine would have gotten it to us. Great stay and a SuperFantastic Host!! Thanks for everything Christine!

Beach view balcony

Normally I am bothered by places that allow pets but I had 0 allergy issues bc the unit was thoroughly cleaned. Host communication exceeded expectations. There is only a vallet option for parking and they did argue me on the prepaid parking but I didn’t care and ended up just paying it. The view is awesome I honestly felt this was the best unit in the building. Beach chairs were included and so easy to transport. The beach and ocean water are so close to the hotel. Everyone was so nice. Great food options all walkable. Shower gets nice and hot! I had the best time and that was the perfect unit on the beach. I thought it was a great value. Thank you!

Wonderful beach studio apartment

Clean, nice studio apartment with a wonderful balcony overlooking the beach. Short, easy access to pool, beach, and walking/biking path that goes on for miles along the beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owner is great, checks in and makes sure everything is going well. I would stay here again.

Great location and VIEWS!

First of all, Christine was an amazing host! She communicated with us every step of the way, and always kept us in the loop. It was my husband’s 40th birthday surprise getaway and I asked ahead of time if we could arrange to have some flowers, balloons and champagne waiting upon our arrival and she was so wonderful with helping me accommodate that! The hotel itself is outdated and needs some work to it but our actual unit was clean and worked just fine, and this location is prime. Great area, walking distance to shops and restaurants. And honestly the best part and main reason for choosing this spot was the incredible views and the huge outdoor balcony. There was a round table with 4 chairs and 2 chaise lounge chairs. We utilized these everyday. Our breakfasts and lunches were eaten out there. We would walk down to the beach for a bit, go in the large heated pool at times and then eat out on the balcony. It was heavenly!

Christine's Miami Beach studio was an absolute gem. From the seamless communication before my arrival to the thoughtful tips for a first-time visitor, Christine's hospitality set the tone for a fantastic stay. The Murphy bed, with its ample storage and plush linens, ensured a comfortable night's rest, while the cozy futon provided an extra spot for relaxation. The kitchen was modern, comfy counter stools, and stocked with an impressive array of utensils, pots, and pans, modern appliances and thoughtful touches like the coffee maker and blender. The balcony, with its breathtaking ocean views, was the perfect spot to enjoy sunrise coffee and meals. Whether lounging in one of the comfortable lounge chairs or dining set, it quickly became my favorite spot in the studio.Christine's attention to detail extended to every aspect of the stay, from the well-appointed kitchen to the beach essentials provided. Her tips for exploring Miami as a first-time visitor were invaluable, allowing me to make the most of my time in this vibrant city. The beach itself was just steps away from the back exit through the pool area, providing convenient access to a clean, peaceful, and pristine beach. Overall, Christine's studio offered a tranquil retreat with stunning views and exceptional hospitality. I can't wait to return for another blissful beach getaway.
