I've stayed at this property before, and it was much nicer, cleaner and did not have any construction going on. The property warns about the construction on the website but says it's at the neighboring building, when in fact it's right in front of the hotel, not allowing you access to the beach or allow any rideshare to drop/pick you up in front of the hotel. My room was clean enough! The front desk staff are all very nice and welcoming and you feel like you're at a 5-star hotel with the customer service they give you; I just wish the hotel was as nice.

Our stay at the Broadmore Miami Beach was incredibly disappointing and frustrating from the moment we arrived. When we first got there, the place looked completely abandoned due to all the construction going on, and there were no clear signs or directions on where to check in. We tried calling the hotel, but the number didn’t even work. When I mentioned this to the man at the front desk, he rudely told me it was probably my phone that was the issue. Not exactly a warm welcome. The elevator didn’t work and actually got stuck while we were inside, which was terrifying. The hallways were filthy, and our room wasn’t any better. There were stains under the bed sheet, no blankets on the bed, and cockroaches in the room. The bathroom was disgusting, and the microwave didn’t even work. To make matters worse, the pool was dirty, and the overall condition of the hotel was completely different from what we saw online. The photos on Expedia are totally misleading — the real place looks nothing like the pictures. It’s rundown, dirty, and feels unsafe. I would absolutely never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. It was a complete waste of money and a major letdown.

I understand there is construction going on, but with all of that said, and with how old this hotel is, and the Boy Scout king size Camp Mattress with a clear stain is quite lovely, I’m sure there’s also mold within the showers and walls. The “ocean view” is a tiny box, i dont understand charging all the fees. Especially when check in takes over 20 minutes

The pictures that are posted on Expedia is not the same when you arrive I was able to hear the people next-door to me like if they were in my room and the doors seem like they need to be replaced as some looked cracked. I would not recommend staying here. It felt unsafe.

I couldn’t get through to the hotel at all—the phone line wasn’t even in service, and every email bounced back. There’s no working way to contact them, which is completely unacceptable When I arrived, the place was filthy and falling apart. The room was dirty, the bathroom had mold, and the whole place smelled bad. On top of that, it was incredibly noisy with zero soundproofing. The one staff member at the front desk left a line of guests waiting just to go fix some chairs. When he finally came back, he immediately got into an argument with another employee about a reservation—right in front of everyone. They wouldn’t even let me check in at the posted check-in time because they were overbooked. And every time my key card touched my phone, it deactivated, so I had to keep going back to the front desk. On top of everything, they charged hidden fees that were never mentioned online. This place was a disaster from start to finish.

My experience at Broadmore Hotel was great. Jennifer at the front desk was super friendly, kind, and professional. She made the check in process so simple and easy. The area is very centric, they have pharmacies, restaurants, and the beach is walking distance. I will save this hotel as one of my favorites and will definitely come back whenever I visit Miami. I highly recommended this place. Jennifer, thank you again for your kindness!

The hotel does not look like tge pictures in person and there's roaches and bugs. The tv didn't work half the time, the towel were dirty and had stains on them. I Will not be staying here again! I prefer to stay at a motel than this place.

The first room we had didn’t have a working tv, ac and it smelled like humidity. We switched rooms to one that didn’t have a working tv, the water from the shower was yellow, the tub didn’t drain and there were blood stains on the sheets. The cleaning service was offered once in the week w were there. Will not be spending time here again.

I would never stay here again. This place is falling apart and the employees know it. I was moved to 3 different rooms including the suite and they were all disgusting. I took some pictures to show you how fb working is peeling in the bathroom. Dirty furniture falling apart. TV’s don’t work and some rooms only offer one channel. The walls are soft I the rooms and outside the rooms. The elevator takes hours to go up and down and it’s so hot. This is a bates motel do not stay there. You’ve been warned.

The hotel is not even close to what you see in the pictures. It is old and dirty. The elevator barely works and it’s a surprise that we didn’t get stuck. Rooms are basic and felt like we were in a euro block country. Water in the shower never got hot. Glad we only stayed for one night.
