loved the facilities in the building - pool, climbing wall, gardens etc were all great. The apartment was a little smaller than I thought, but it was still fine for the four of us.

View and location

Pros: The view of the city was great. Enough warm blankets for a winter night stay. The pool facilities were great for the kids
Cons: Communication when checking in, including updated phone numbers for contactable staff. Communicate early check if no longer availible
Location: Convenient with shops and public transport if you know the tram routes
Communication needs to be clear as to where you check in. Also it needs to specify that there is no reception and you need to contact staff when you arrive, no matter the time of day you arrive to check in. Property comes with what is needed for a short stay. The walls are dirty and the vacuum stinks (this hasn't been cleaned out for a long time). Even though we were told via email that we could check in by 11 am - the property wasn't ready for us. The cleaner was still cleaning at 2pm on arrival. We left for get a few things from the shop and on return at 3pm the cleaner had just left. The carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed and the walls had drink splatters on the wall by the door when entering the property

Great location

Pros: location, location
Cons: a difficult set up for pick up of key and if it was raining, dark or a long trip this would of been very painful
great location. ideal set up for us. walls were dirty. picking up the key was painful, happy that we arrived during the day and we were not old

great location opposite spencer street station - airport buses, trains and trams right there good value for money fairly small, but was big enough lifts take a long time cleaning not up to scratch and fold out sofa not comfortable at all

Central to everything.

Close to every imaginable amenity. Minutes away from Spithern Cross and Etihad. Short walk to Crown and Southbank. Clean, easily accessible. Very quiet. 4/5 comfort for two largish adults.

Disgusting.

No cleaner at all for 5days. We had 1towel each for 5days, no hand towel in the bathroom. We waited up to 30mins for the lifts. Had 1card for 4adults. Will never stay ir recommend this place again. And 2rolls of toilet paper. Shouldnt have to buy our own toilet paper or soap when spending that much money. Robbery!

Sorry to hear about your experience. I am sad that this wasn't raised with us during your stay as we have staff everyday whom would have been happy to assist. However, note that we are a condotel and service apartment, so unlike a hotel, there is a charge for house keeping should you require it for everyday. Otherwise, we always provide a clean place for you when you check in. Extra towels are available anytime naturally but as I said, sad that this wasn't raised to our attention else we would gladly help.
