Dear imac Thank you for staying with us and I am delighted you were able to experience the great good at The Olive Tree. The websites detail the fact our Quest South Melbourne guests needs to check-in at Quest on Dorcas (400 metres away). Normally our reception team would call guests ahead of their arrival day to ensure they were aware of the check-in location and I apologise if this was not done in your case.
