The unit was lovely and spacious, even though it was a bit outdated it was clean and tidy with daily room sevice. Could do with updating the TVs as they couldnt connect to internet, but wasnt a biggy as we were out and about a lot. Tram was easy and straight out the front of units with all trams going straight up st kilda rd into the city. Not too many cafes and restaurants close by but was a an easy tram ride to prahran market or down to st kilda/balaclava. We parked in the pullman car park around the corner due to having a larger car and the units offered it for $25/night so was grateful for that. All in all a great spot for our family of 4 and would happily come back.

The room was very tidy and clean and spacious. The Reception Staff were very friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Great location, large room that was well fitted out. the bathroom needed a renovation but was large and functional and very clean.Staff very helpful. right near a tram stop to take you to the city or beach. Albert park only 1 block away to enjoy Would defintly stay here again

I hated this place. Numerous problems apparent just before 8.00pm, but reception had closed and the afterhours “service” was bith arrogant and non-helpful. A shocking experience necessitating miving to another hotel. If anything goes wrong after 7.00pm here, you are on tour iwn to try and resolve.
