$300 for 2 bdrm for 3 pp. Only 2 toiletries. Soap holder in shower broken and jagged. Dirty bathroom floor. Tv didn't work, they couldn't fix It, no offer to change our room or give us money back. Wanted us to pay $10 for Wi-Fi to watch Netflix instead. I drove 4 hours to get to the city, too tired to argue too much and I don't like conflict so I let it be. I am not happy. Never again will I stay there.

Clean but needing a bathroom upgrade - it was quite old, rundown and grouting was no longer white.

The staff were helpful and friendly. We only had one minor issue in our room and they solved it within minutes.

Mould in bathroom, hair strands on wall after ? Cleaning? No mattress protector, torn bed sheet. Shower door not closing properly, flooding bathroom floor. Overpowering smell of cleaning/ bleach.

No fan in bathroom and ceiling had mould. Toilet kept running. Glass sliding door broken kept coming off track. Beds and pillows hard a rocks. Booked for 5 ppl and paid for the extra person but arrived in room and no 5th bed, had to pay for another bed and for car parking. Costed me more than told !!
