Not a 4 star that I was expecting

Pros: The staff were nice
Cons: Reno of the rooms
The pictures look great but it was much older and simpler than I expected. Booked a queen room and received 2 single beds. Very noisy hotel from the road also.

Mystery Hotel Scores again!!

I've booked so many mystery hotels through Wotif and never been disappointed. This stay was no different. Great price, neat room, beautiful bathroom products, and friendly staff. Nice place to stay for White Night.

. Central to Melbourne.

Very attentive staff. Room was very clean. Walking distance to markets/ shopping centre, theatres. This the 3rd hotel we stayed at in Melbourne over the years, and it definitely stands out from the rest.

Good location

Good hotel and nice size rooms and lovely food in restaurant. Unfortunately the noise from the air conditioning unit outside our room window meant we hardly got any sleep so will rethink staying again which is dissapointing.

Pros: The Staff.
Cons: Noise, and i think you should have the kitchen open 24hrs,very inconvieniant to close kitchen at 10oclock,when people check in late..
Location: Very good Restaurants, nearby, Traffic was emense.. i like the quiet life, not hussle and bussle, but thats our choice.
Was very noisy , Un fortunatly,i was given the wrong room, but was rectified very fast, and i was up graded to a new room, which was very nice, and comfortable, but extremly noisy A/C in our room... also i think you should not charge for water,i have been all over the country and asia and europe and never have had to pay for water, always thought that the water in the bar fridge was complementry. And the food was not very good.

Upgrades

Pros: The breakfast was great.
Cons: The cold tap at the sink fell off but everything else was great.
Location: It's right near Vic Markets and trams. Melbourne or Lygon Street are right there.
On arrival we were given an upgrade to a room with an outdoor area. While the weather was cold, this space was amazing. The room was wonderful, the rain shower a surprise and it was so convenient to everything in Melbourne.
