There was a 30 charge for arriving after 7. There was no bed linen for the fold out bed and only one set of towels for two people. The benches looked grubby so did the reception area. On the up side I was offered a place to park my car - not sure if I was charged for that yet. I tried to call for assistance- for bed linen and fresh towels but no one answered my calls. There was a spare doona in the wardrobe but it wasn’t clean

Booked a last minute New Years Eve stay at this hotel through wotif. Paid a fortune for a 2 bedroom which was advertise as 2 twin beds. Relatity was one queen, and 2 singles. One of the beds in the singles room was pushed up against the mirrored wardrobe, so the wardrobe was usuless, and you slept against a mirrored door. Linen was clean but that was about it. Benchtops looked like they were wiped with a dirty rag and floor hadn't been vacuumed, toilet seat was broken so it slipped around as you sat down. Phone number for hotel on wotif was wrong. Tried to call beforehand to confirm and sus-out parking. Took a few google searches to find a number. Got one guy to get me the mobile of another guy. Other guy was quick to call back and there was a parking spot available for the room. (1 bonus point). When arrived, had to double park in Haig St while i checked in and got remote for garage. Couldnt get into reception, had to get a girl hanging out on the street to use her passkey to open the door for me. Parking spot nearly smashed the back window of the car while backing in. Chest height storage cage at the back of the parking spot, but the wheel strips to stop you hitting it are under the cage. Area not the best, lots of grafiti on adjacent building and druggies hangout across the road.

Such a great city view but the windows were filthy. Totally ruined that experience. The side of building being dirty is more understandable, but the balcony glass being as dirty as it was was just bad

Extremely good location! AMAZING views, and really easy to get to. Beds were a bit firm, I slept well but 3 of 5 guests struggled due to the street noise. I would definately stay again as very affordable when travelling with a small group, and the location just made life so easy
