The check in process is not great, the main door is locked and the 'office' is inside with no identification. Once inside the apartment was well furnished and comfortable. The A/C needs a good clean as the filters were very clogged. But all in all a good place to stay.

We had a 9 night stay in G10 a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Very spacious. Comfortable couch. Good kitchen with full size fridge, oven, stove top and microwave (small). Twin bowl kitchen sink. Internet not available on Christmas day, but when I contacted reception the following day, they promptly organised a work around which had us online again. Split system airconditioner worked well. Check in and out was very easy. The reception staff were always friendly, happy and helpful. Ample undercover parking during our stay, with additional bays for visitors. The apartment was "clean", but there is room for improvement. Dust and long black hairs were unsightly. Definitely would be happy to stay again in the future.

Carpet very dirty, lobby looks very low class, they never clean, water tap loose and fallen, do not supply enough toilet paper, wall is dirty, it is an awful hotel. Worst hotel ever.

Apartment was dirty - clump of hair on ground, stains on lounge. Very, very noisy Friday night. Also lack of pillows (2 in total).

Great sized apartment, walking distance to Westfield Doncaster. Beds really comfortable and bathrooms great. Nice and quiet. We did find large crumbs on the couch and opened food in the fridge from previous guests. Windows and tv had visible handprints on them.
