We were persuaded to pay an extra $300 to be upgraded to the “penthouse” in my view the room we had should not be marketed as a “penthouse” but rather just a top floor room. There was nothing special in the decor for it to be called a “penthouse” The lifts were in disrepair with cracked and missing tiles and the towels provided in the bathroom were very worn. The location of the property was probably its best selling point. We won’t be staying here again.
