Excellent hotel, great location, superb breakfast

Excellent location, the kids love playing in the sand dunes opposite and a short walk to St Annes pier. Superb breakfast and great service from all staff. Spacious and comfy rooms. We had plenty of parking, even when the car park was full, there was road side parking available. This is our second time visiting. A short drive in to Blackpool

Good location right on the front , The rooms were spacious and clean, with some luxurious touches , nice bedding, bed was superb , very comfy, good breakfast, hotel looks a little tired in places , paintwork etc but other than that very nice.

One of the most awful stays ive had at hotel within an hour of getting to bed for an early night we had loud music from a wedding down stairs we had couples fighting on our landing and dog biscuits stuck to our feet called reception about the fighting but nothing happened then i heard a women crying thinking she maybe being assaulted had to intervene myself. Absoloutely ruined my wife birthday weekend and the staff did not care. Wont be back.

Visit to Illuminations and Tower Ballroom

The reception staff were very attentive and helpful as lift was out of action and there was a problem with the safe. We enjoyed the table served breakfast. We used buses to Blackpool and the stop was close.
