Great kitchen with everything you need. Coop Supermarket was conveniently located next door. Had a river view, but was next to the train track and busy road. The surrounding area was up-and-coming, and not as clean as other areas in Luzern. Easy and quick to get to the city center. The bus stop was right in front of the apartment.

we were very upset about out check-in. when we contact the property manager, they didn't have our booking record, the verification take them hours, letting us waiting in the rain forever. I think this is also the fault of Expedia, I have already make the full payment, don't understand why the property manager did not have our record.
Property is well located near to Lucerne station and well connected by bus. Reception is available at least in office hours that is a plus point. Coop store at the nearby petrol pump can be used to purchase everything including vegetables and fruits. Rooms are spacious, kitchen is well equipped. Wifi used to get disconnected frequently, I think it was done deliberately by the management.Video download was blocked. A lift would have been desirable as the apartment was on third floor.
Great experience. The apartment had plenty of space, the manage upgraded my apartment for free since I was traveling with family. He also found me a parking space for my car. Excellent customer service. I would definitely stay there again.
The apartment was very price competitive, clean and spacious. Parking lot was very convenient and safe.
It was all OK for us except little bit noisy when you open the windows.
