Lovely comfortable rooms. Relaxed lounge and dining overlooking vineyard. Staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.

Cosy place in an idyllic location

Pros: Comfortable bed and quite night's sleep. Beautiful setting.
Location: Short drive to some of the best wineries in the lower Hunter.
This B&B provides great value in Lovedale - close to wineries and in a peaceful location set amongst vines and kangaroos. The pool and outdoor eating area was much appreciated. The tennis court and billiards room provide more diversions. The communal living area is also very comfortable.

Peaceful, relaxing and comfortable hotel

Pros: Everything - peace, decor, comfort, sunny patio, pretty sitting room, friendly and informative staff, thoughtful breakfast choices.
Cons: It was perfect for us.
Location: Lovedale is very central to many cellar doors and nearby activities such as Hunter Valley Gardens and shopping villages for local knick knacks.
The staff were warm and friendly, always a step ahead of needs of guests. We enjoyed sitting casually on the patio in the morning sunshine to have a our breakfast which was included in the price. All rooms with guest access were tastefully decorated and had a warm and inviting ambience. Our stay was a very relaxing experience in a peaceful setting, which was just what we needed.

Friendly and nice

Pros: It was just what we needed.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: We were using it as a base to visit local wineries, for which is was great.
Great little find. The accommodation is comfortable, clean, and the common areas are lovely. Owners are very helpful and welcoming. A lovely surprise that exceeded expectations.

Lovely stay in the country

Pros: The owner and staff were great and b&b was set well with a great gas fire in the lounge and the rooms were extremely comfortable.
Location: The Hunter Valley is a great place to taste great wines the two dinners we had at local restaurants were excellent.
My friends and I spent a lovely two nights at Bluebush Estate. The owners and staff were very helpful with providing advice on which wineries to visit, arranging a half day wineries tour and a complimentary ride to a local restaurant the second night. All in all, it was a very enjoyable stay in the Hunter Valley.

Great place to stay in Hunter Valley

Pros: Idyllic setting. Friendly staff. Very attractive, spacious and comfortable room. Added advantage of indoor and outdoor dining area for breakfast.
Location: Stayed only overnight so unable to visit everything we'd have liked to. Very attractive scenery. Great restaurants nearby.
Comfortable and friendly place, Wilderness Road, Lovedale. Great ambience. Only stayed for a night, wish we'd had more time there.

Beautiful peaceful accommodation in the Hunter

Pros: Scenery
Cons: nothing
Location: Hunter Valley experiences everywhere
Great feeling of the Vineyards and surrounding areas, captured in a beautiful homestead with multiple rooms. Great places to grab a few friends and have a large house to share a pleasant time together.

Beautiful winter escape

We only wish we could've stayed longer than one night! We felt right at home with such a warm homestead feel. Breakfast was delicious and a glass of local wine by the fire was a beautiful way to end a long drive.

Pros: Location, views
Cons: Wi fi in guest house
Nice pleasant surroundings, relatively central with lots of wineries within a reasonable driving distance. Booked into the B&B to start with which was roomy and comfortable with excellent wi fi. Had to be relocated to one of the guest houses due tocircumstances beyond everyone's control, nice upgrade for us but wi fi was lousy. Overall reasonably good and would stay again.
