Feels neglected and in need of attention
The location of the property is great, but doesn't make up for the fact that both units on the lot look like the owners are doing the bare minimum. The bathroom was clean, but the carpet has multiple stains, the sheets seemed like someone had slept in them, and the chairs seemed like a grab from free stuff on the street. Invest in fresh carpet, rug, furniture. so your guests feel appreciated.

The place was perfect for my little 3.5 day stay. Walk to Abbot Kinney, short drive to Venice Beach. Also a shirt drive to Santa Monica and Malibu. Place was clean and nicely appointed. I could not have asked for anything more.
