The staff was very pleasant, courteous, helpful. The room was small but clean and had all necessary amenities - fridge, kettle, storage, safe, even a small table and two chairs. It was comfortable. The hotel is centrally located and it was very easy to get around London. We are planning another visit and will stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel during my trip to London and unfortunately I didn’t have a good experience. The hotel feels old and there is a noticeable smell in the elevators and hallways. The floors are not well insulated, so you can feel and hear the person walking in the room above, which kept waking me up at night. I informed the front desk, but nothing was done about it. The room was also missing some basic things like a tissue box and there was no outlet next to the bed. The water pressure in the shower was very weak, which made it annoying even to take a shower. Overall, I was disappointed with my stay and would not choose to stay here again.

It’s a basic hotel but we paid a basic price. It was comfortable, warm and welcoming. Staff were nice and the breakfast was good. Good for a short stop.
