Location near Hyde park was great. Nothing else positive to say. Staff pleasant but not helpful and lack responsibility. Rooms terrible. Faulty safe, air con faulty, rooms very small. Needed to change rooms three times in a 1 week stay. Charged for breakfast that was free. Never ever again at hard rock

Loved the design, the band, decor. Didn’t like the heating in two rooms didn’t work (overheated) the staff were nice but completely disorganised and VERY slow to follow through requests. At the bar for example you had to fight for a drink.. then fight for a menu.. then they forgot you. I had to chase down a bar person to get service. Awful.
