We found the hotel was in a very central great location. The room was lovely with a great view of the pier and the sea. We also loved the breakfast menu and table service by the pleasant staff but would have liked the time of the breakfast slot to have been more variable than the 1 hour given; for e.g from 8-10.30am instead of 8.30-9.30am, so guests have option of a lie in but still able to have breakfast. On a whole, we had a fab stay at The Marlborough Hotel.

It was in a prime position to the promenade, shops, restaurants. The staff were lovely, happy demeanor at all times. Entertaiment was very good. Lovely food...will definitely return

Stayed with my 4yr old son. Upon booking my intinery stated a bath/ shower above it. The room allocated was just a bath which I was not happy about. The room was changed straight away, having a shower in this one. The room could have done with an update, but it was ok. The bed was lovely, clean and comfortable which is the main thing, getting a good nights sleep. Breakfast next morning was great, fresh and hot. The staff couldn’t do enough for you, so friendly and welcoming. The lady who owned the hotel called Jean was absolutely lovely, chatting and very friendly. Would like to say thank you to all the lovely staff from me and my son

The hotel is in a superb position & within walking distance of everything in Llandudno. This hotel epitomises what hotel staff should be like - friendly, interested and keen to know how they can help. Lovely restaurant and an excellent breakfast. The rooms are clean and perfectly adequate - but could do with a bit of decoration & general updating.

Peaceful and Pleasant stay

Had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were well-mannered, helpful, and provided all the necessary instructions clearly and efficiently. The room was well maintained. The restaurant service was also commendable with good food and timely service. Overall, a calm and quiet place - perfect for couples looking for a peaceful getaway.

My friend and I have just returned from a 3 night stay here and I can honestly say we thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff are super friendly and very helpful. The food is delicious and speedy service too. The entertainment that we saw was very good. It had everything that we needed and it is so conveniently located for all amenities. We will definitely book here again.
