Our apartment guarantees compliance with all control and surveillance procedures for COVID-19 in accordance with the legal standards and guidelines adopted by the health services in our country. This certification aims at protecting all of us and ensuring greater security for our guests.
We have received specialized training on what measures to adopt in the prevention and control of infection in Tourist Accommodations.
For your safety, we have available to all our guests the content of our internal protocol containing detailed information on how to comply with the basic rules of precaution, prevention and control of infection in relation to the outbreak of coronavirus COVID-19. There you will find duly detailed all the prevention procedures carried in our apartment by us and for our guests, as well as the identification of all the measures to be implemented in case of suspected infection.

Welcome to CharmingLoft Lisbon Avenida! Your spacious, beautiful, and comfortable apartment! A place that feels like home after a day of exploring wonderful Lisbon. As a large number of reviews show, for many guests this is one of their, if not the, nicest home stays they've had. They most appreciate the apartment's location, unique furnishing and amenities, and ease of communication with me as host.

THE CHARMINGLOFT
Located near Avenida da Liberdade, a historic and luxury part of Lisbon, this newly renovated apartment sits on a top floor of an 18th century building.
The renovation preserved the place's character, combining original details with a modern, comfortable, and unique décor.

CharmingLoft has a large and bright living room with a cosy lounge area with large pillows where you can relax after a long day in the city.
A fully-equipped open plan kitchen offers all you need to create your dish if you feel like staying in for the night.
Have your morning coffee on the small balcony and enjoy some rooftop views.

The CharmingLoft has two sizeable bedrooms and a modern bathroom. There is a retractable single bed under the lounge area to accommodate a 5th guest.
Air-conditioning ensures it is cool in summer and warm in winter.

In summary, the loft has everything you need to make your stay cool and comfortable!

Amenities, extra info:
- The kitchen is fully equipped - and then we mean really equipped with good knifes, coffee machine, blender, dish washer etc
- The living room boasts a LED TV and Marshall sound system to which you can connect your mobile device (bluetooth or cabled)
- Free WiFi in the entire apartment
- Free Toiletries / Hairdryer
- Iron + board
- Baby crib and high chair (upon request, free of charge)
- Clean towels and bed linen provided upon arrival
- Weekly cleaning service for weekly renters.

Check-in: 15h (if no guests the night before, it may be earlier).
Check-out: 12h (if no guests are expected, it may be later).

NB: CharmingLoft is on the 4th floor. Like most traditional buildings in the historic center, there is unfortunately no lift.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
We will welcome you with a glass of Port wine, show you around, and explain how to handle the various appliances. We will be delighted to advise you on the best points of interest in the neighbourhood to make your stay enjoyable!
You will be given my cell number for your convenience, which you can always use in case of an emergency. In case of late arrivals, we will give you a code to the smart lock so you ca enter at your own convenience.

THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The CharmingLoft is situated in a residential area, which allows for a quiet sleeping at night, yet offers lots of original shops, bars and restaurants. it's just a stone's throw away from major sights like Avenida da Liberdade, Jardim do Torel and more touristic parts of town,

Avenida da Liberdade is a lovely neighbourhood where you can find traditional and luxurious restaurants, trendy and modern boutiques, and art galleries.

CharmingLoft is a short walking distance to grocery shops and public transport. It is close to touristic areas but tucked away enough from the hustle and bustle and noise of busy streets.

From CharmingLoft, it's a short walk to the Rossio train station and Baixa. Avenida metro is just around the corner and the city's extensive bus services also serves this main street well, so getting around is easy. Jardim do Torel, a hidden park with a splendid view and in summer boasting free swimming and a sand beach is a 5 minute walk. It's a 10min walk to Bairro Alto and Principe Real, and some 15 min to the São Jorge Castle and Praça do Comércio.

Bairro Alto is a picturesque old quarter and well known for its bars, restaurants and trendy shops.
Principe Real is a gay-friendly area, boasting antique shops and galleries around the namesake square with an outdoor market of traditional Portuguese products.
São Jorge Castle is surrounded by traditional Portuguese neighbourhoods and is located in one of the seven hills of Lisbon. From there, you can enjoy the most breathtaking views of the city and the Tagus River.


GETTING AROUND
The Metro (Avenida Station) is just across the street, and at a walking distance there are the Rossio train station bound to the World Heritage village of Sintra and the Cais do Sodré train station bound to the beaches.
When arriving from the airport, it is possible to use the Aerobus, Metro (red line to São Sebastião, change to blue line direction Santa Apolónia) or taxi, which cost 20 Euros.
Guests arriving by car can use a secure parking close to the apartment at 13 Euros per 24h.

The apartment is a non-smoking and pet free environment.
