Rooms are large and inexpensive relatively speaking. However, we were evacuated from the hotel for one night due to the discovery of a bomb in a neighboring property. The hotel did nothing to find an alternative for the night and did not reimburse for the night when their hotel was not available. Even if they didn't want to pay for the extra expense, they could have at least called around to neighboring hotels to see if there were rooms available and what the rates were. Overall, the attitude was 'you are on your own'. Since we were evacuated late at night without warning, I expected more consideration. Otherwise, we rented for a week. Housekeeping was supposed to come once, which they didn't. Traffic was loud at night, and the construction site next door was noisy during the day. It is an older building and beautifully restored, with high ceilings and wooden banisters and doors. It could have been fun but it wasn't.

Gef þessu íbúðahóteli mín allra bestu meðmæli. Frábær staðsetning nálægt miðbænum og stórum almenningsgarði. Allt í göngufæri. Vorum þarna í rúmar þrjár vikur og hefðum vel getað hugsað okkur að vera lengur. Starfsfólk einstaklega vinalegt og hjálpsamt. Þrif (tvisvar í viku) til mikillar fyrirmyndar. Allur húsbúnaður góður. Það eina sem kemur í veg fyrir 100% einkunn er að það er kominn tími á að mála stofu og forstofu. Toppstaður.

.. wir hatten eine schönes gemütliches Apartment. Man hörte zwar die Kinderlaufschritte des oberen Apartments, aber das störte uns nicht. da es selten war.
