only booked because it was close to launceston airport and arriving late at night. closed when when I arrived. complete stuff-up. had to try somewhere else to stay late at night.

Booked and paid for the hotel in February… turned up on the day to check in and the hotel was closed. Have left 3 messages with their really professional (not) answering machine and am still waiting for a call back. How is it acceptable to take someone’s money and not provide the service? Even if we had stayed in a crappy room like other reviews would have been better than paying for NOTHING! Wotif have been no help. They have called the hotel… only to tell me that it’s closed. Oh really? Pretty sure I knew that already. Now waiting 3 days for a refund I will never get because wotif need to hear back from the hotel. Hey, if anyone else wants money for nothing, advertise your hotel/room on here, take the booking and then close down! Pathetic. Despicable. Beyond disappointing.

The room was larger than expected and the price was good given it was a holiday weekend. On the other hand, the remote for the bedroom TV was missing, the bathroom sink backed up whenever your washed your hands and the mini-fridge was set too low. The milk for coffee and dinner leftovers froze overnight. Otherwise fairly clean and tidy. Nice all rounder for a quick overnight stay.

Liked how cheap the stay was but we paid for what we got basically, the room wasnt in the best condition, TV was broken, no light cover on lights, patchy paint, single matress on the floor, wardrobe door off the runner and just sitting infront of the wardrobe, curtains were very tacky and half off the "hangers/runners" Not a very professional setting could be presented a little better

The property was not clean, used toilet rolls left lying in the bathroom, the place has not been dusted the bathrooms are in shocking condition with broken toilet roll holders, dirty showers and floors.

Lack of communication for late check in procedure. No towels. No response from on-site management to enquire about towels. Otherwise, we had the other important facilities- clean sheets and hot water
