Lovely, quiet, clean, friendly, close to village

Beautiful, clean & comfortable apartment. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to village but far enough away to be quiet. Will definitely be visiting again ASAP!

Awesome apartment

My partner and I stayed here for a few days just to do some hiking and the apartment had everything we needed. It had all the utencils needed to cook and clean, comfortable bed, very nice apartment. I would definitely stay here again. The staff were very friendly as well. The only problem we had was with the wifi. We had to pick up a wifi code from the front counter and each code had two hour intervals so we had to login every two hours the wifi timed out which is fine. But the problem was actually connecting to the wifi, and then actually getting to the website to type in the wifi code, which doesn't automatically show up. It was bearable though because we had enough reception with our providers.

How's The Serenity...

Excellent hotel with friendly helpful staff. Apartment was extremely well appointed, and very comfortable with a modern and stylish decor. The only negative that I found was that I originally thought from the advertising photos that an enclosed garage came with the booking and this was not the case. Instead we were allocated a rather tight uncovered space outside and down the side of the building which was difficult to park in and access the car properly, and it also then meant that we were forced to unpack the car in the rain upon our arrival. Otherwise, it would be a 10/10 score from me.

Aussie first timers to snow

Pros: The heated bathroom, central heating was welcomed from the cold outside.
Cons: Only thing was the beds, the inerspring pull out was lumpy, and the king bed was lumpy as well.
Location: Short walk to shops and bus stops.
Was family friendly and provided everything that was needed, from washing powder for cloths to washing powder for the dishwasher. Staff meet us at the front door and explained the rooms technical aspects in person. This was a lovely touch. Kids enjoyed walking distance to all snow activities. We will be certain to stay again when we return in a couple of years with our extended family.
