the apartment were nicely maintained. spacious, neat and clean. great location, not too far away from the centre of town. we were lucky enough to have an ocean view which was much appreciated. Cathy was more than helpful, so welcoming and knowledgeable. Very easy to communicate with. We will absoloutely be staying here on our next trip to Kings Beach.

The unit had obviously been renovated but the building itself was tired and dated. We hadn't realised it had no lift but help was offered in dragging our bags up the 3 flights of stairs. There was a broken light in the very dark garage but a visit from an electrician was imminent. We found wet towels in the washing machine and reported it to the staff who will talk to the cleaners. Beds were very comfortable but sleep was difficult with the very bright street lights outside & inadequate blackouts.

Nick, Thank you for your very in depth review. We thought you enjoyed your stay and the upgraded room which has the best views of all of our units. I'm sorry the 3 half flights of stairs were a bit much, as you did mention we were very happy to help you with the luggage. The light got fixed by the electrician when we promised it would, not much I could do about it before that. Hopefully overall you enjoyed it though. It was nice meeting you. Kind regards, Cathy

Centrally located to the city centre, Bullock Beach and Kings Beach - there was no need to get back Into the car.

The bulk of the unit was clean. The screens in the second bedroom & bathroom were so filthy you could not see out. All other screens & windows needed cleaning. The spare blankets were musty. The fans were covered in dust. The main sliding door was hard to open due to debris in the runners. The kitchen was full of miss matched, unusable & useless items. Sheets and towels were clean & soft. Kitchen inc stove & fridge were clean & worked well. Bathrooms were mostly clean. Unit & decor are dated (especially when compared to photos of other units in the building) but undamaged & usable. Great location. Walking distance to beach, resturants, shops & markets. If cleaned properly, clutter & old linen etc removed & stocked with usable kitchen items, I would return.
