Gentle walk down to the Lakefront water with huge open view of the Kimberling City bridge. Marina allows you to launch your boat for a minimal per day or rent a boat slip for during your stay per night from the marina. Boat over to the house only 5 minutes to pick up & drop off your family! Gentle slope to the lake from the house. Tie your boat to a tree! Home offers open floor plan, Gourmet kitchen, screened deck & open deck! Gas BBQ grill and lots of space inside & out! Tons of parking! This home offers an adorable 3 bears bunk room with 3 beds & a private bath. There is a sweet dreams room off the master bedroom with a crib and toddler bed (that is not counted in the bed count) for little ones. Please don't move or rearrange furniture. There are 2 King beds, 1 queen, 2 fulls, one twin, 1 baby & 1 toddler bed. Total 11 plus baby and toddler.
No Fireworks allowed in driveway or around the house and are prohibited unless used down at the lake front shooting towards the water. Liability issue
