Valentine's weekend away
This is our second stay at this charming hotel. Good size car park awaits as you arrive at the hotel. A warm and friendly welcome ensured that we felt expected and important to the staff. The room was a good size with a king sized bed. Tea and coffee making was in the room and topped up daily. The bathroom was clean and sizable with a full range of toiletries. The hotel swimming pool and spa with gym is a real bonus. The gym is being extended so will be even better. The bar is open to locals who also give guests a friendly welcome. Good range of drinks and of course Welsh real ale. The restaurant serve great food. The Sunday lunch carvery is a real treat. Breakfast is extensive and wll worth getting up in the morning for. With the Ferryside railway station only a short walk away ( Carmarthen is less than 10 mins away and there is direct train to Manchester!) and the beach also a stone's throw away, the Three Rivers is well located for the area. Great view from hotel's front bedrooms over the water to Llansteffan Castle. Wifi is good and free!

Good overall
Wonderful location. Great restaurant and bar. The only let down was the shower in our room. Very weedy and also cold. Also the curtains in the room were very thin and let a lot of light into the room, disturbing sleep somewhat.

OK bit noisy.
A couple of miles down a single track road with brambles hitting the side of the car. Hotel OK but next to a caravan park, so noisy with children playing. Also, walls a bit thin so noise from adjoining room. Room etc. quite nice.
