Very peaceful. House was clean and comfortable with very comfortable beds and furniture set in lovely surroundings. Hosts were great and welcoming. Youngest son loved feeding and petting the animals. The view of the Sterling Ranges was beyond compare. Will definitely go back in the next change of season.

Comfortable home away from home

Owner of the property was friendly and hospitable. Property was well kept and very clean. Kitchen and bathroom well stocked with all the necessities. Strategic location if your intention is to do hikes to Porongurup and the Stirling Ranges like us. Big and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Stirling ranges hidden Gem

Pros: The lodge has brilliant facilities , pizza oven, projector, ensuites, lounge room, bar, fire. Views of the ranges from the property are limited but th
Cons: Internet working. But that doesnt matter when you can enjoy the silence....
Location: But its the stirling range scenic drive that was the highlight for me, didnt have time to explore but it is breathtakingly beautiful.
Wow what a place. Stayed here for a one night work stop over. Had the whole Lodge to myself. The lodge has brilliant facilities , pizza oven, projector, ensuites, lounge room, bar, fire. But its the stirling range scenic drive that was the highlight for me, didnt have time to explore but it is breathtakingly beautiful. Views of the ranges from the property are limited but that doesnt matter as its only a short drive and the property is in s beautiful country setting. Will be back with the family.

Enjoyed seeing the view of the Stirlings again.

Pros: Comfortable
Cons: not a thing
Location: Many interesting historical landmarks. Close to the Stirling Ranges climbing and walk trails Brilliant wildflowers in season
As I grew up in Kendenup on a farm called "Clovelly" on Webb Road off Sanders Rd it was like coming home to see the view of the Stirlings. Couldn't stay at the Farmhouse as it was a surprise birthday for my Brothers 70th. He still lives on the Farming property off Kirkwood Rd. Thoroughly enjoyed the accommodation together with my wife and my brother and his wife and my sister. Enjoyed having the wood fire going especially on that wet and windy Saturday. Lovely spot.

Self contained accommodation near Stirling Ranges

Pros: Comfortable self-contained cottage
Cons: Better access to wi-fi
Location: Striling Ranges - wildflowers.
We enjoyed our stay here although our booking through Wotif had not reached the accommodation provider and it was just pot luck that it was available. The self-contained cottages was very comfortable and well fitted out, but there was no wifi - we had to sit outside the lodge and brave the mosquitoes to do e-mails. The Lodge is reasonably handy to the Stirling Ranges, but its a long drive using sealed roads.
