This delightful top floor apartment is in a front line complex and offers wonderful views of the Mediterranean sea and the coastline from a large terrace. Just one floor up there is a flat roof with beautiful views of both the sea and inland to the valley and the low lying hills.

In the apartment itself a comfortable and tastefully modern furnished living room leads directly to the terrace, the perfect place for dining, relaxing, and admiring the views. The kitchen is also off of the lounge and is beautifully fitted out and well equipped with a new induction hob top and dishwasher for convenience. There is also a separate utility area for the washing machine and cleaning equipment. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, and both have the same superb sea views as the lounge and balcony.

There is a rocky sea frontage only 50 metres from the apartments, with steps set into the rock to give easy access for snorkelling and scuba diving, or you can try your luck fishing. Just a 5 minute walk to the Arenal family sandy beach there is safe bathing, beach and water sports, and a wide promenade with a wonderful array of bars, restaurants and shops. Also a five-minute stroll from the apartment will take you to the nearest large supermarket. The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are about 2 kms away, and there are two excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.

JH Tip: Cofisa Vista Mar is located in the same complex as Cofisa Coral and Cofisa Great Blue, and only 150 mts from Montañar Mar, Montañar Beach, Terraza Salonica and Ático Salónica. If you're coming with family, booking two or all of them could be a good option!
