A very old building, in need of a complete remodel. The room was horrible, smelling strongly of damp. I found some spiders and the window curtains were torn and old. The microwave and refrigerator were completely outdated. The TV remote didn't work. This hotel isn't worth the nightly rate for the quality. I don't recommend it to anyone. The only good thing is that it's pet-friendly, but you have to pay a fee.

What was once the crown jewel of Idaho Falls has been sadly neglected for years. The parking lot is like something you would see in El Salvador. The rooms are quite large and nice except the windows have not been cleaned in years. The free breakfast buffet is an embarrassment. It is generally a good value if you just need a place to sleep.

we were traveling so we used this spot for a quick rest and refresh before driving... we were okay with being upcharged 50$ for a water facing view but the front desk kid wasn't all that accommodating basically saying we booked it wrong.. sorted out but we have never been to Idaho we wouldn't know.. the room was outdated and sadly our toilet wouldn't flush.. and we tried to shower and it didn't drain. I tried to communicate with someone but I just kept getting "thanks we will put that in your notes" overall don't recommend.. I wish we had saved the money and slept in a rest stop

I had to clean the room right after checking in

I had to clean the room of cobwebs, spiders, goop, dust, food stuck on couch, dining table, and more- upon washing clothes, we had to not use the dryer- why you ask? - the filters were full of dead maggots. Swimming pool and hot tub- wasn’t filtering- upon asking we were told that was normal. Later when the Saturday crowd checked in they went ahead and turned on the systems - so not sure why we got the push back as paying guests- as if they only cater to the guests that check in on weekends- very strange - not that they charged us any less.

Shiloh Inn has seen better days

The hotel parking lot was terrible. The breakfast area needed cleaning. No one wiped the tables in between someone eating. The handles on the eggs, ham, and pancake trays were filthy and the syrup dispenser hadn’t been cleaned in forever. The entire hotel needs upkeep.
