Clean room, very unprofessional clerk

The room was clean, the dining room lady was wonderful!! So friendly and helpful. We look forward to seeing her whenever we come through town. Unfortunately, the older gentleman at the front desk was wearing very political clothing. When asked to verify the amount charged to room, he replied by saying he could go back to Biden era and charge us more for the room. He also said with everything that's happened, he isn't going to keep his mouth shut anymore. The environment went very tense after that. This type of behavior is extremely unprofessional and makes me question whether we should keep booking at this hotel chain.

Overpriced and underdeliver

Very run down hotel, dirty, broken items all over and in rooms. limited services for food and beverage, staff was not friendly or very helpful. The cost was way too high for the condition of hotel, lack of comfort and safety. Felt unsafe. great location to the river and riverwalk.

Serious Upgrades and Cleaning Needed

This place could use a deep cleaning and upgrade. Permanent ring around toilets. Bartender was unfriendly and did not wait on us even tho we were the only one in the bar that evening ( group of 8). Beautiful location though. Nice walking trail and scenery just out the back door.

Everything was dirty. There was no soap in our room and the towels had stains on them. The walls had stains, and the staff at the front desk did not want to help with problems. Our key stopped working when we went to the pool and then the pool door is completely shut down and didn't work and they had to get maintenance to open the pool. The complimentary breakfast was not good at all. A big bowl of yogurt with no toppings, and all of the cupboards underneath the breakfast were broken or painted horribly. Definitely a scary place to get food. All in all, one of the worst hotels I have ever been to. The area outside was beautiful for walking in the back though.

The place was very old, but so clean and kept up.. Our room was large compared to Hiltons..etc. It's a walk out the back of the building to the falls and Historic downtown area. Very beautiful and safe location.

Rooms are very spacious with plenty of furniture to place suitcases on instead of the bed! Our room was very clean and overall wonderful. Yes the hotel is an older hotel with normal wear and tear but that is to be expected. The desk clerks were so friendly and helpful. They appeared to enjoy their job which is rare these days!

Breakfast was good but not a lot was offered. The room was decent. You could tell that the furniture was old, but the bed and pillows were comfortable and it wasn’t very noisy considering that it was the night before BYU-Idaho move-in day for the Fall 2025 semester.
