We showed up and the room was not ready, had to get moved rooms The vending machines ate our money, We were charged a $10 cover charge per person to enjoy the lounge, while staying at the hotel.

The room was great, the dinning and employees wonderful. Although I did not have time to enjoy any the rest of thr offered activities or amenities I would have in a heart beat. The building is outdated and some areas may be in need of repair/replacement/updates. Hallway drop ceilings added an air of possible haunted movie feel. There is still a lot of late 1900 charm that I did appreciate.

The staff was nice, our room was pretty dirty especially the bathroom. The beds seemed clean for the most part thankfully. The pool was big and nice but the hot tub looked dirty.

My 11 year daughter found an explicit toy underneath the bathroom sink, there were holes in the interior and exterior walls, missing tiles, loose railings, spiders and other people's hair in the pool, the restaurant is "open" but plunged into darkness and freezing cold, and my key card was turned off at 10:30am (30 minutes prior to checkout) leaving us soaking wet from the pool, freezing and unable to get into our room. The manager refused to return my call to discuss any of this with me.
