a notre arrivée le 07/02/2016, e gérant nous a annoncé que l'hôtel fermait le 09/02/2016 pour cause de travaux d'envergure. La moitié de l'hôtel était déjà en travaux. nous avons été relogé le lendemain dans un autre hôtel. Hotels.com n'était pas au courant. ...

Smutsigt och slitet men bra poolområde

Hotellet var mycket slitet och sängkläder, handdukar och annat var aldig rent. Det var dock väldigt prisvärt så man ska nog inte ha för höga förväntningar.

Von Checkin bis Checkout hat alles geklappt. Rund um das Buffet geht es etwas laut und ungemütlich zu, aber wen das nicht stört, der ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Angenehmes Hotel mit herrlichem Privatstrand

Der gesamte Service war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, jede Frage wurde zeitnah gelöst, jeder Wunsch wurde bearbeitet. Ich fühlte mich als Alleinreisende (zum ersten Mal in Hurghada) sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben! Das abwechslungsreiche und reichhaltige Buffet bot für alle Geschmacksrichtungen eine wohltuende Mahlzeit bei relativ ruhiger Atmosphäre. Benutztes Geschirr wurde sofort abgeräumt, unauffällig wurde ständig gekehrt und gewischt. Das Hotel hat den Anspruch, während der Mahlzeiten wie auch am Strand in punkto Kleidung und Benehmen einen gehobenen Standard zu halten - schade, dass sich einige Gäste daran partout nicht halten wollten, das war zum Teil schon respektlos. Mein Zimmer war geräumig, hell, mit Balkon (Sicht auf Garten und Meer). Nach freundlicher, prompter Rücksprache klappte es auch mit dem Zimmerservice immer besser. Die Freizeitangebote sind vielfältig, gut betreut und nicht überteuert. Habe den Schiffausflug (Schnorcheln am Korallenriff und Schwimmen mit Delfinen) gebucht und das Paragliding über dem Meer - sehr schöne Erlebnisse! Am Strand war es an der Landspitze herrlich ruhig, da die meisten Gäste sich lieber am Pool aufhielten, immer ordentlich und sicher unter Aufsicht. Das Wasser der Bucht war wunderbar sauber, das Riff interessant zum Schnorcheln, da sich dort viele schöne Fische zeigten. Die geschäftstüchtigen Ladenbesitzer, Wellness-Anbieter und Animateure drehten zwar ihre Runden, repektierten freundlich auch ein "Nein Danke". Sehr erholsam!
