The listing says there’s free wifi but it doesn’t work in the rooms. When confronted, the staff member said to me “you won’t get wifi because the building’s old”. Why is it advertised then? The tv didn’t work either and I didn’t appreciate being phoned the day before I arrived, to be asked what time I would be checking in. I didn’t know, or expect the staff member on the other end of the phone line to tell me she wanted to know because she was attending a Suzi Quatro concert. Unprofessional.

Might be a good idea to separate refugees with other guests

The door to the toilet was hard to open and close. The breakfast was good except that the pastries were left out all day and so didn’t want to eat them. This old building must have a history and would have been good to know the history and make the stay more interesting.

I just found the stay not nice due to the resort being the old hospital so it didn't really come close to a resort. It still feels like a hospital. Room was small . But staff were very friendly and approachable.

Thank you for your review. Yes, we are still renovating to become a true resort. A slow but steady work in progress. I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay.
