Mark and Brett’s 2017 holiday

We were made to feel very welcome by Nancy and the staff, we were looked after very well. Nothing was too much trouble. We even booked an 1 more night. Very close to the lake and all the happening spots around French quarter.

Brilliant location

Pros: The location is very convenient in a funky little street
Cons: Some of the decor is a bit tired and reading lamps beside the bed - however they did provide us with one when we asked.
Location: In the old quarter next to the cathedral
This may be a three star hotel but the service is 7 star. The staff have been magnificent, helping us to organise trips, delivering us to train stations and picking us up again at 5:00am! Nothing is too difficult. We were able to leave our luggage, and book a day room before going to the airport. I can't praise them highly enough and would book again without hesitation.
