Hong Hac Boutique Ho Chi Ming

Pros: I like how they upgraded as per my request as the standard rooms are poorly lit, Window looking out onto stairwell so very very dark and small.
Cons: The Breakfast needs to be hugely improved. Staff are boring and look like they don't want to be there. Very Poor so I by passed Breakfast.
Location: Location was a short walk to every thing and the internet computers in lobby were fast speed and free to use.
The reception staff need to lift their game as far as smiling on greeting would be nice. I felt I was putting them out when approaching the reception desk. The Breakfast was included however we stopped attending breakfast as it was poorly managed.. By 8.30 milk ran out, Bread was white only and dry, The tea and coffee pots were luke warm..The omelettes cooked by chef were more like pancakes and boring and no smiles from the cooking staff - felt like we were a hindrance. The standard rooms were dark, small and no natural light [asked for an upgrade immediately] I would not go here again or recommend it. We attended with a Tour group and the opinions was same from all ..
