horrible experience

it is next to a noisy gas station in a run-down area with questionable people walking around. the wifi is unusably slow (our "kind" receptionist Nawres informed us that its because too many people uses it and that its not her problem, then endes the "conversation") , Nawres is by the way not a person who should be anywhere near to hospitality. she was the ruddest and most ignorant front desk worker i have ever witnessed working (not that the hotel would be much better without her) all in all, there are a few other hotels in the area in a similar price range, i would suggest to stay away from this one.

We asked for a late checkout, reception confirmed it, but the next day we got forced out of the room at the normal checkout time with the only option to pay 200 € (double the nightly rate) if we want to checkout late. Horrible service. Will never stay again in any hotel from this network.

This hotel was terrific! It was really quiet-the beds were comfortable and the quilts were warm. The room looked out on a vineyard. We had breakfast included and it was fresh and very good.

Lovely hotel very clean and quiet area. They whole hotel needs an update as it’s looks a bit worry down.The only problem we had were other guests who waken us up every morning with loud noise in the corridor .

The room and the hotel seems old, and could use some remodelling. I had to pay extra to use the gym and sauna area, and the sauna was not working in the morning, you would need to let them know 30 mins ahead so they turn it on.

An ok hotel but tired.

An hotel that should have been revamped when taken over by the NH group but hasn't. When I stayed there was an intense heatwave and having no air-conditioning in the room or any other space in the hotel it can become quite unbearable to stay. On Sunday the kitchen is closed so no supper possibilities which seems odd nowadays. Last but not least on my arrival day, Wednesday, in the evening a bus arrived with 60 guests and as I was about to have my dinner I was told by the waiter that I had to wait (50 minutes) before I could order because the kitchen staff (2) and the waiters (2) could not handle the service of 60 newly arrived guests. A rather disappointing experience and one which I shall not repeat in this town.

Business Trip

Overnight business trip. Avoid the restaurant, food is not great and the service is terrible. Rooms have no aircon and are pretty basic. Also if you need to book a taxi, they need 1h notice.... which is pretty ridiculous... tram stop is about 10 mins away.
