Really friendly hosts, beautiful building, the seaview from the front room was spectacular, and the breakfast was the best we've had in ages, especially the cheesecake pancakes!

First room offered was awful, upgraded to a better room and all very tired, you could see where all the repairs have been made over the years, dreadful shower, it was just a trickle. I don’t mind the odd fault but there is no way the hotel did not know about any of them. No food available either.

The hotel is a bit dated and is in need of redecoration, the staff were friendly although our room was small with little storage space, the room was not cleaned and the bed sheets were not changed for the three days we were there.

location was perfect ,Host was very pleasant and attentive however this hotel needs a complete refurbishment which i understand is starting. bed comfy bedding and towels clean however no housekeeping for the three days we stayed. poor continental breakfast with very little options.

We will not book this hotel again. No proper reception, just a computer in a corner of the bar area! The staff were indifferent, left waiting to check in while the staff member poured a pint in the bar for a customer. The shower facilities were unusable. Not enough towels No curtains at the window only vertical blind that let the light in (from security lights), not helpful to allow us to sleep properly. Considering we were told on the site that this was the last family room left, we only saw two other guests. Thankfully, we decided against asking if breakfast was available, on leaving the hotel at 8.15am the dining room was empty. Bit uncomfortable to see police in the foyer the night before! We only stayed for one night, so glad we did not have to stay any longer. Will not recommend this place.
