Welcome To The Colonnades 502!

***Please be advised: A balcony construction project is scheduled to begin on September 3, 2024 at The Colonnades. The project is expected to last through the end of December, possibly extending into January, 2025 depending on weather conditions. This project will involve resurfacing the balcony decks and replacing the railings. During this time, the balconies on the south side of the property will not be accessible. Additionally, the pool and pool deck will be closed for the duration of the project. Please be aware that there will be periods of loud noise, particularly when the balconies are being ground down.

Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book this unit.

Great stay

This was an excellent condo. Indoor and outdoor pools were great. The boardwalk made it easy to get to beach for a short walk across the sand. Emily whom I had contact with was great she kept us updated and sent reminders as what needed to be done at check out. Also our condo had garage parking which was a plus. If you want a quiet stay I would highly recommend this condo for families with any age groups.

Perfect Fall Break

We had a wonderful short stay over our school fall break! The weather was perfect!! The condo was clean and very well stocked! I take my favorite Pampered Chef knife with me on every trip, and was so happy to see that they had the same knife there! Pots and pans were great, and truly non-stick! The air-fryer and crock pot would definitely have come in handy, if we had stayed longer, and the chest ice maker was a great addition! We weren’t even bothered by the next door construction. We would most definitely stay here again…maybe just longer next time!

Great Family Getaway

The condo was very spacious for our family of 7. The balcony is center of the building and private. Kitchen was well stocked with all cook ware and utensils. Furniture is high quality, comfortable. Washer/ dryer worked great. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and even a small cooler in the laundry available for beach use. A drawback for some might be construction next door however small kids loved it and overall it really wasn’t that noisy. The covered parking is great when you can get it.

Fantastic vacy

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this property. It is hands-down awesome the people you work with on the rental are easy to communicate with and always give 100% to make everything right. Walk out the elevator over the ramp and you’re on the ocean, no crossing streets no worrying about traffic it’s just a walk across a bridge and you’re there. You can sit on the balcony each evening and watch the sunset and get up in the morning and drink coffee and watch the sunrise. Highly recommend.

Texans beach getaway!

I don’t think the trip could have been any better!! The photos definitely don’t do the condo justice. It was more than expected, very clean & not overly crowded. Easy parking, lovely pool, gorgeous ocean & beach. We sipped our coffee on the roomy balcony each morning & sometimes got to see dolphins in the ocean! The evenings were cool & we got to watch the waves glow in the moonlight. We had a wonderful time & will definitely return!

Clean, lots of room, up to date, wifi not good. Would have liked an umbrella and updated chairs for the beach and more than just 3 chairs. There were 4 adults. Close to downtown entertainment and restaurants.

The staff at Current Tides Vacation Rentals was excellent. Mae was especially helpful as we needed an extra parking space and as we checked in. Our weather was early spring chilly and a little rainy but it was still a pleasure to spend our week together in this condo that was great for 6 adults.

Quiet Celebration

I loved this condo. Everything was clean - the bedding very soft - the view was perfect! I was just wanting a place to chill and decompress with my sister and my granddaughter and for a week, we were able to do just that.
