Everything have changed after Covid. The way we live, the way we share our time with family and friends......House have change too. We want space, we want netflix, we want a pool, we want open spaces inside the house, we want nice furnishes, we want comfortable, new and big sofas, we want light (natural and artificial), we want bedrooms with comfortable beds with nice linen, with a place to work with our laptop,with natural ligh and a huge tv with iternet and netflix.....we want nice decoration and we want rental houses where owner spend our money for my next visit. But over all, we want owners that cares for what me and my family want.

If you are one like those, this is your rental house.
I have been renting this house since 2010 and in all these years i have learned what ghests wants and needs. I have renovated the house in three ocasions but this is the one i am more proud of.

Semi-detached house recently built in Las Pajanosas.. the charm and the appealing features of an andalusian house without leaving aside all the comforts of modern life. Situated in a peaceful environment, we can enjoy the beautiful landscapes and the tranquillity of the countryside and at the same time, enjoy the beautiful Seville, just at 15 minutes driving to the monumental area.
The House is suitable for rental all year round. Popular summer activities include walking, hiking, mountaineering, fishing, horse ridding. There are three tastefully furnished second floor bedrooms (3 double and one of them with an extra sofa bed for two persons.) One of the bedroom has its own bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and a very nice terrace. There is one toillet in the first floor.Child's cot available.
On first floor there is a dinning room with a well appointed kitchen/dining area, and comfortable lounge. The kitchen leads onto a patio with a shaded seating area and a pool. At the living room there are New confortable sofa.
The beaches of the Costa de la Luz are within one hour drive.

local area: The Pajanosas it is a small very calm villa but closely together of the center of Seville and in a wonderful countryside.
With the new highway A66, the center of Seville is reached within 15 minutes.
In the area different activities can be developed related with nature. Ridding horses, fishing in the Serrano Lake, photographic safari in the Castle of the Guards, walks in bicycle by beautiful paths and of course, enjoy his wonderful gastronomy.

BY THE HOUSE: - One day trip to Aracena and Castillo de las Guardas. If you take the highway A66 to the north, the first exit to the right is to Aracena. If you take it, I recommend you to go to the Castle of The Guards (Castillo de las Guardas) and visit its natural animal reserve.
http://www.lareservadelcastillodelasguardas.com/. You can visit everyday from 10 a.m. to 17 p.m and can stay in the park until 18.30h. After the reserve, you can keep going and arrive to Aracena. If it is time for lunch, I recommend you to stop in the town before of Aracena called Higuera de la sierra and eat in “La Terraza”, a restaurant in the main square of the town. You can enjoy there all the typical food of the area.
In Aracena, visit the Caves (Grottos of The Marvels). the timetable is every day from 10.00 a 13.30 h. and15h a 18.00 h. you can visit the castle and the church of templars, from XIII century. If you like sweets, I recommend you to go to the Pastry shop in the main square, famous for its sweets.

MORE: If you like romans history, I recommend you to go to Santiponce (Itálica, http://www.vimeo.com/3361995) If you like the meet, I recommend you to have lunch in the restaurant “El ventorrillo Canario” In front of the ruins, very famous for its “Presa Iberica” o “Secreto Iberico” con Mojo picón (Typical Sauce). If you prefer Spanish Rice, I recommend you the restaurant just behind called “la caseta de Antonio”, a perfect place to enjoy the rice (Ask for “Arroz caldoso”) and its see food and fresh fishes.

I will send you before your arriving, more routes and places to visit. Also, restaurants and bars for tapas in seville and the name of every speciality of any bar 'in spanish' so you will not miss anyone.

Enjoying the Spanish countryside
The house itself is very modern, very well equipped and comfortable. It is situated on the outskirts of a very small hamlet. More rural than we expected but it was an easy 20 minute drive into Sevilla.Juan Luis was a very good host and responded very quickly to most of our concerns. The neighbours were very noisy so it wasn’t as restful as we had hoped but that isn’t any of Juan Luis fault.

Lovely apartment near Seville
Very nice, spotless, quiet apartment a short drive from Seville. But what made this stay a real gem was the reams of information provided by River, our host! Everything from restaurant recommendations to out of the ordinary day trips. We're hoping to make a return trip!

Great experience!
We enjoyed our stay here very much! The house was homey and there was plenty of space for 5 people. We especially appreciated multiple bathrooms. The air conditioners worked well. The house was well-stocked for cooking dinners. After staying in a few places that required us to meet a person for a key, we really appreciated being able to let ourselves in. Juan Luis was a great host and was very responsive to emails! If you have a car, we would highly recommend this place!

Very clean and spacious home
Except for the fact that the house is about 30 minutes away from the center of Seville, the place was lovely and comfortable. Buses were not frequent to the city centre and Juan was helpful in arranging for a taxi.

A lovely apartment with a wonderful host
The apartment is about 20 minutes from Seville by car in a small Spanish village. It is nicely furnished, clean and has full kitchen for those who like to cook. But the best part was our host, who went out of his way to make us feel at home. There were tips about restaurants to eat in, places to visit, where to park for free in Seville and what quaint villages would be nice to visit. The bedrooms are upstairs so the apartment would not be good for anyone with mobility issues. The only downside is that the apartment faces acreage that is somewhat unkempt so that can be off putting when approaching the apartment for the first time. But the apartment, itself, is lovely.

We were s group of 4 girlfriends travelling from Canada. This townhouse was amazing. Great space and fully equipped with everything you need. Located in a small town about 12kms from Seville it was a great location (however we did have a vehicle) travelled to Cadiz, Cordoba, Carmona and a couple of days in Seville itself. The home is exactly as depicted in the pictures. Would definately rent it again

Lovely town house
Perfect location for visiting Seville and surrounding area. Pleasant village with good restaurants within walking distance. Owner extremely helpful and even managed to accommodate us when we mixed up our dates! Well equipped and very clean. Definitely recommend staying here rather than the centre of Seville, where parking is a nightmare.
