It is a very cozy apartment for up to 6 people, but sleeps 8 total, and Pets are also accepted at no extra cost and have security gate.

You have all the convenience of opening the gate and walking a few steps and already being on the beach.

There are 2 bedrooms, one suite, well airy, both with split air conditioning very quiet.

Limpo e confortavel.

Gostamos da praticidade em estar próximo a praia. As instalações estao em bom estado, com quartos aconchegantes equipados com ar condicionado split que funcionam perfeitamente. Só é triste uma piscina tão refrescante e convidativa não poder ser usada! Mas entendemos que é regra do condomínio. No mais, gostamos!

Super indico o apto do Cláudio, fiquei um pouco receosa pois só tinha uma recomendação, porém ele tem outros aptos com varias indicações, me esclareceu todas as dúvidas! Apto igual das fotos, nota 100000 pra limpeza, muito aconchegante, realmente pé na areia , tem tudo que precisamos para um estadia confortável! Utensílios de cozinha não falta nada !Funcionarios do condomínio,sem palavras, muito atenciosos Agradeço em nome da minha família! Até breve ! Muito obrigada
