Pleasant Hotel, a little walk from the city centre

Other than a lack of water on Saturday morning, which I don't think was the Hotel's fault. My stay was nice and they allwed me to park themotorbike inthe garage for no charge. The Hotel is a little way from the city centre. The staff were friendly and I would certainly think of staying there again.

It was a lovely stay in the Star Inn and was so convenient. The breakfast could do with more options because it was limited.

It was overall ok but on initial conversation after booking the receptionist was a bit difficult and non-chalant. However, on arrival the reception was a bit more friendly from the gentleman that checked me in. It was a good location to park and explore the city of Graz.

Good hotel, excellent breakfast

This hotel is close to the university (5 min walk) and about a 15 min walk from the town center. The room was spacious and clean, the staff friendly and attentive, the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely stay again. although itโ€™s further from the city center it is also next the grocery and good for an extended stay.

I stay here on a regular basis for business. The hotel is well located and has everything one needs. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and well maintained and the breakfast is very good. Many hotels in Graz have terrible internet, but the Star Inn has working high speed internet which is certainly a plus for most people. I recommend it as a place to stay.

Pleasant stay

Check in was efficient. Receptionist was very helpful to give us directions to tourist attractions. Hotel was clean and room was updated. The location is 20 minutes walk to the old town. We had a pleasant stay.

Location was a short walk from town centre and the university. Room was well sized but too warm to be comfortable and air-conditioning temperature controls did not seem to work. Breakfast was good.

Good hotel

Overall a pretty good hotel, especially considering the low nightly rate. The refrigerator in the room was very appreciated as I stayed for over two weeks and could store some food that way. The bed is ok, while not super great. Breakfast is pretty good but way overpriced, I typically spend less on dinner... Location is relatively close to the center, walking distance for me (probably not for most people), no problem to reach with public transportation. Wifi was working well.
