Luxury Lodge Retreat, 360 Views, Hot tub, Views!!

Luxury Log home which sits on 19 acres surrounded by some of the most beautiful county Colorado has to offer! 360 Views of the nearby Lake Granby and surrounding mountains. Our home is tucked away offering privacy but still just 20 minutes from the quaint town of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park, which offers endless attractions. Skiing at Granby Ranch is also down the road!
Our main level offers a kitchen, dining area, and living space. This floor also has a king suite with loft area above with 2 full size beds, 1 queen bedroom and 1 full size bedroom with shared bath.

Our second level offers a full-size bedroom with bath and small loft sitting area.

Our basement level offers a queen size suite and bunk room with ensuite bath.

Please note our home is off the beaten path and does require 4-wheel drive to access in the winter months.
Please be advised that the staircase in this home does have varying heights.

House Rules
1.) Please respect our county wide quiet time hours are 9pm to 7am. Our county does fine for violations and that will be at your expense.
2.) No events of any kind permitted at any time. Violations will result in immediate eviction and $1500 fine.
3.) No outdoor fires are permitted at any time.
4.) No more than our stated allowed number of 5 vehicles total at our home. No on-street parking allowed at any time. Our HOA does fine, and tow and you will be responsible for any fine incurred.
5.) All of our rentals are non-smoking. By renting this home, you are stating that you will not smoke in our vacation rentals. You will lose your deposit if evidence of smoke is found once you check out.
6.) You and your guest are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
7.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Any fines from the homeowner association, as a result of this broken rule, will be charged to the refundable deposit.

2025 Family vacation

This is a very nice house, situated on a hill overlooking Grand Lake. The setting is remote but there is access to grocery stores and activities nearby. We were a group of 7 adults and 4 children. We had ample space. The house uses well water so we were asked not to use the tubs. The water pressure was disappointing but understandable considering the plumbing and water access.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware. We were told to bring drinking water which we bought often since we cooked with it as well.During the day, the winds were extremely strong. When we were away during the day, we came home to the doors blown open in the lower bedroom. Make sure you are instructed on how to properly lock the doors. The deadbolts alone are not adequate by themselves to keep the doors closed.In spite of the plumbing issues, we had a lovely week long family reunion. The view from the deck is spectacular.

Gorgeous House with everything a large group needs!

Spacious, beautiful home with a beautiful deck and fun hot tub with nice views. We really enjoyed our stay and any questions/issues that arose were quickly addressed. Would absolutely come back.

Stunning views! The home was wonderful for our family. It is well built and insulated from sounds so we all slept great. Just 15 min from downtown Grand Lake where we enjoyed dinners, played on the beach and rented a boat.

Very Nice Stay

Our family teunion at lake view lodge was wonderful. Beautiful views and comfortable house. Just what we were looking for. The shared bathrooms are a little small but the in suite are very spacious. Property manager communication and service was great. Delivered a new keurig coffee maker promptly when we had trouble. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Amazing location for small wedding!

We held our very small wedding here and it was an amazing location and stay! The views from this rental are unmatched, the management company was very responsive and helpful, and it was a great place to have our ceremony and for us and our friends to stay for the weekend. Would highly recommend!

Sunset Ridge Christmas Vacation

Our family of nineteen members really enjoyed our Christmas experience at Sunset Ridge. The grandkids had a great time sledding. The house is tastefully furnished and the kitchen is well stocked.
