It's a large two bedroom two bathroom unit it is close to tram and in a convenient location the pool and spa great after a long day on the down side the unit could desperately do with renovation but that is reflected in the pricing

Large and spacious unit, if somewhat dated, with a lovely on site pool and well kept gardens. The beds and bathrooms were clean with fresh linen. Full vertical blinds on the bedroom windows were good with the early morning sunrise in Queensland. Unfortunately the carpet in the unit could do with a very good clean and while the kitchen had new cupboard fronts the rest was old and quite dirty. We did have a leak coming from the upstairs unit which was swiftly dealt with by the friendly on site staff.

We were only there for the weekend but loved our accomodation. Central to the tram, coles and the beach. Staff were awesome and the place had everything we needed. Thanku for awe some weekend. Definately be back soon.

4 adult males up for the footy

Pros: as above
people were excellent property is old but clean and tidy staff polite and helpful\close to transport broad beach and cavill ave walking distance but not after a day on the booze foxtel in room was a bonus especially for the footy
