EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT FROM THE MOMENT WE ARRIVED. THE FRONT DESK LADIES WERE VERY ACCOMMODATING. THE CONDO WAS PERFECT AND THE LOCATION COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER. BEST PLACE WE HAVE STAYED IN GATLINBURG AREA.

Liked everything about the place, very clean and the only think I would have liked was a number to call for a trolley to Gatlinburg and back. It’s a farther walk then I thought. Also larger tools for the pool. Otherwise it was a great place to stay
