The man at the desk was rude and harbored ill feelings toward black people and told us we would have to go somewhere else at 10 o clock at night. I will not recommend this place to anyone at all whatsoever. Children were running around by themselves, mind you this was late at night.

There was no shower gel in the place there was dry soap. Someone kept stealing the lights out tag at my door. I had to get another one and they stole that too.place smelled like cigarettes.

Not that great but cheap price makes it worth it

We were on the 2nd floor and needed to take stairs, no elevator available. The hot and cold indicators (red and blue) on the faucet of both the sink and shower were reversed. There was shampoo and conditioner dispensors in the shower but were completely empty. They did leave tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner on the sink but didnt notice until as we were getting ready to leave. Comes with a fridge and microwave which is nice but there was food in the freezer still from the last people that stayed there. They had a complimentary breakfast which was suprising given how cheap the room was but the supply and variety was low and it was messy so we passed. Electrical outlets dont grip the plug very well. Had a tv but we didnt use it. We used the wifi and brought our laptop to watch stuff. The parking lot doesnt look well maintained, a lot of patch work. I think they had an outdoor pool but didnt use it. No bugs except for a fruit fly or two. Service people were indian i think, not easy to understand. I would consider staying again since it was affordable and can live with these defects.

There was only one staff member “likable” at this Days Inn. Everyone else was rude, dismissive and uncaring. I literally tripped over their tile coming in to their establishment and the only “likable” person came to my aid, wrote an incident report, and bandaged my leg. When he asked a co-worker to help, dude literally shook his head no and just stood there eating. The retired firefighter, the “likable” one, had to tell them to move my room from upstairs to the first floor. Co-worker 2, put me in an unkempt, filthy room down at the far end of the hall. I had to wait for my sister to drive down from Dayton, Ohio (like an hour away) to drive me less than 3 minutes down the road to the Christ Hospital urgent care. The retired firefighter allowed me the use of his old pair of crutches; that’s the “likable” part. When I got back from the urgent care and handed coo-worker 2 the first hospital bill, he took it, glanced at it and then said, “Okay. When do you check out? You checkout in Tuesday right?” I said yes. He nodded his head and walked into a space walled off behind the check in desk. And that was the morning and afternoon of my first night. This staff were terrible and I’ll never stay here again. Somebody ought to promote that retired firefighter; at least he understood to take care of your clients first!

You pass rat trsps and cockroaches outside the hotel. The room is not very clean, bathroom door would not close it is so warped with paint chipping off it. Broken bed pieces were stuffed between the mattress and boxspring.

Shabby, but clean, quiet, and comfortable

The building really shows its age, inside and out. Dings, dents and patches are obvious everywhere. Doors don't work smoothly. That said, it was very clean inside and out. Despite highway noise outside, it was quiet inside my room. The bed was comfortable, linens were stain-free. Pillows looked too small, but were actually quite comfortable. There were two desks and a small couch. There was an iron, mini fridge and microwave. I didn't use them, but they appeared to be in working order. There was no coffemaker. The plumbing in the bathroom was hooked up backwards! I had to move the lever to the cold side to get hot water, and vice versa. The A/C was very quiet, and cooled the room nicely, despite outside temperatures in the 90s. The free WiFi was a bit fiddly to connect to, but, once connected, it was reliable and fast enough. There is an outdoor pool, which looked clean and well maintained. There are 3 floors, and NO ELEVATOR. If you can't do stairs, you should mention that at booking, There are accessible rooms, and the lobby is accessible. There is a laundromat onsite. The free breakfast was fairly priced, nuff said? The desk clerk at check-in was simply delightful.

I stayed at this property last year for the event that I attend every year. At that time, it was being remodeled (supposedly). The rooms were dirty and reeked of cigarette odor. I submitted a review and was offered a 30% discount on my next visit. Seeing that they were under construction I accepted the offer (discount) and booked again. One year later i returned to the exact same mess. Nothing was different. None of the projects were completed. The first room the guy took us to smelled of nothing but cigarettes. There were burn holes in the comforters and the floor was filthy. The second room was a little better it smelled clean, but the refrigerator was outdated, and the air conditioner blew out a musty smell when turned on. I had to go buy Lysol and air freshener. The fitness center was the size of a closet with dust on all of the equipment. The pool was nasty and the water was green. When checking out I asked about the discount and the guy said he didn't know what I was talking about. Again, there was a language barrier (he spoke a little English). I emailed them prior to coming on this trip and never received a response. I reached out after the trip and to this day still no response. The overall review is this is not a place that I will be visiting again. If this an actual hotel that Wyndham owns someone from the corporate office needs to take a visit to this location because it does not live up to the Wyndham name.

Never again!

Check in too more than 30 minutes for 2 rooms that had been prepaid. When we got the the first room it was completely trashed and had not been cleaned from the previous occupant. The second room, one bed appeared to be fresh and the second seemed to simply have the covered reset and not changed from the previous visitor. Pictures attached of SOME of the other issues with the room. While the staff in the morning was helpful at checkout, the staff member checking us in had no interest in rectifying the uncleaned room nor the concerns about the other room.
