It's exactly what you pay for.

We paud for our room and the pet fee up front. Two days after we arrived the owner demanded another $200+ for the pet fee we already paid. Also, we requested a room aeay from others. We were put inba room between two other couples. Both of them were loud and disturbed is all night. We finally were able to change rooms but it was dirty also. We ended up having to clean it ourselves.

Didnt even stay the night room had black mold left and requested a refund. The hotel refused to respond to Hotels.com and refund our money. A/C didnt work and the room was dirty

The Black Swan

Very nice stay clean quiet rooms. Proprietor on site and attentive to my needs during a 4 day stay. Pillows were nice and comfortable, making for a restful night sleep.

I would give this facility a negative score if it were possible. The only ice machine in the entire hotel was not working. Clerk told me to go to the Econo Lodge next door to get ice. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. The electrical outlet beside the bed did not work. I was charged a $35 fee to ensure that I wouldn’t take your towels that probably cost about 25 cents each.

The bathroom wasnt clean there was a dirty wash cloth and soap bix in the shower and the toulet paper hokswr hung out of the wall and cut my seven year old on tge back if her arm

Interesting time

The front desk person was great amazing person. Very friendly and there to help. But the room was dirty Rosa layer of dirt above the closet area where you’re supposed to be able to put your bags it was just dirt. And you tell the bathroom hadn’t been swept or cleaned. The ice machine was broken at the hotel. Had to go to another hotel to get ice. I was expecting a little bit more for breakfast, but it is a grab and go. You get donuts and coffee. The bed slept good and the sheets were clean, but couldn’t really hear the TV. And had trouble getting in and out of the refrigerator cause it Was on a tray to keep it from leaking on the floor. But as hard as location, that was great it was close to the school and close to my brother‘s house.
