Our check in was not very smooth. Our first room was not acceptable. No chairs! We were moved to a second room that was very dirty with spackling on the bathroom floor with a ring in the tub. Holes in the wall with no lighting fixtures. Stain on bedspread made this room disgusting. The manager cane to our rescue the next day and found us a room that was acceptable. The manager went over and above to make sure we were happy. This hotel is in the middle of renovations and changes and rooms not ready for occupancy should not be rented.
