Enttäuscht 😔

Bei meiner Ankunft habe ich sofort bezahlt, mir ist dann leider erst später aufgefallen das mir das Frühstück in Rechnung gestellt wurde. Das hatte ich aber bewusst nicht gebucht. Da hätte ich wohl besser aufpassen müssen, das könnte an der Müdigkeit gelegen haben. Das Zimmer war eher klein und nicht sehr komfortabel, das habe ich schon deutlich besser erlebt. Der Fernseher funktionierte leider auch nicht☹️. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da ich nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht habe waren die Mängel jedoch erträglich. Für längere Aufenthalte würde ich nicht wieder buchen.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel mit Superlage in Chemnitz. Viel Grün, Herrliche rustikale Gaststätten und das Zentrum in der Nähe. Der Preis für das Frühstücksbuffet ist überteuert.

Sauberkeit und Funktionalität mit starken Schwäche

Die öffentlichen Bereiche, Bar, Rezeption etc sind sehr modern und „loungig“. Ab dem Fahrstuhl fühlt man sich dann 40-50 Jahre zurück in die DDR zurück gebeamt. Leider ist stellenweise auch die Sauberkeit und Funktionalität sehr nachlässig. So hat der Fön an meiner Hand geklebt, Der Duschkopf hat aus den dafür vorgesehenen Löcher keinen Tropfen abgegeben, dafür durch den Druck an allen anderen Stellen

Sehr sauberes Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstücksangebot.Ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem Stadtnah. Für Senioren schwer zu Fuß erreichbar (liegt auf dem Berg), Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis
